Absolutely Insane!!!! OMG, what a car. For me the pseudo street car/race car is the best. One can dream of sticking the 911 in the shed and stripping it down over the winter as the killer engine is being built by some crazed German engineer with quadruple "Huffenblowers" on it. Spring arrives and it's off to Watkins Glen or Brands Hatch or Mosport or where ever. Oh to dream!!!

The Porsche 935 Dominated Sports Car racing for a time in the late 70's/early 80's. I went to 10 of the 24 hours of Daytona, and for many of them, it was a given that the Porsche 935 would win. It's a suped up 911. 935's would easily reach 230mph on the Daytona tri-oval, but only got to use part of the oval. Plus they could slow down and turn right AND left on the road course section of the infield. Take that, NASCAR.
