Note: Steven Seagal dies at the beginning, that's it! That's my problem for the movie itself, but we still got Kurt Russell and he's badass! Sorry Seagal, you did great on Under Siege & Under Siege 2.
I sure hope no one who hasn't seen this movie (I have) decides to read ANY of these comments! Oh yeah, I should mention that Steven Seagal DIES IN THIS MOVIE. What's that? Oh, OK. Turns out every previous comment took care of that. Well, I just thought it would be helpful and useful to mention it again, since it's already been repeated.
Fantastic film which is entertaining, suspensful and intense the whole way through. Who cares about Seagal and his fate, the film didn't need him, and it only made the film all the more exciting after he was gone.
you know why steven seagal dies in this movie, because the director wanted a team accion movie, no a solo accion movie, i mean if steven seagal was alive here, probably he will not need his team to put the situation under control, he wil snap the neck of everybody in the plane, a bone breaker party!
I heard in an interview with Leguizamo that during filming, Seagal wanted to rewrite the script so that he lived, and went aboard the 747 with the rest of the team.
Die Hard on the commercial plane.
(Same as Passenger 57 and Air Force One)

This movie was awesome. I liked Seagal in a somewhat "underplayed" role. Killer cast and great suspense!

Definitive proof that Kurt Russell is worthy of taking over the Jack Ryan role from Harrison Ford

I really like Kurt Russell. Hoping he's asked/chooses to do a role in The Expendables 2.

I hate the fact that Seagal dies and not John Leguizamo, he's so gay in this movie and he thinks he's cool when he's lame as ass!!!!
