  • Excellent job, guys.

  • Nice job!!! BUT where was the bassist?! :D

  • Bland & emotionless. No groove here, see ya, I'm outta here.

Next time do it wif feewing.

  • This is a sweet version you guys did! Great work!

  • very nice playing, hats off! thanks

  • Wow ! Nice solo. You know your scales ! There's the missing Scofield touch, you know the one where it seems that the guitar is a part of his body, his feeling and expression if you will, but you're definitely close technically.

  • oops nevermind, the bass player must be in the background.

  • I think he's looping the bass part....sick version by the way

  • Excellent! Really good job, fellas.

  • Damn! Nice job!

  • this is sick

    you'd make john proud

    wheres the bass?

  • good I like...xD

  • awesome

  • very nice

  • excellent cover

  • way to hide the bass player.

  • great work!, the keyboard & the drums are almost better than the original ;)

  • Blasphemy!! :P Pretty good though for sure.

  • what a great cover!

  • nice drumming

  • I liked how the guitarist pulled out that typical Scofield chorus effect during the solo. It lost some of its intensity with the keyboard solo, though. Also, where have you hidden the bassist!?

  • tight!

  • Well done, fellas.

  • cookin', nice guitar improv in the middle

  • Fainak nagyon!

  • Very nice! Scofield is hard to play but you guys pulled it off with style! Nice one!

  • cool man, but try to make it more your own

  • So cool, funky shit :D ;)

  • Where is the bass man?

  • ill be honest... i was expecting a lot worse

  • great sound Ryan and all the band!!! very good Chank version !! compliments!!

hey Ryan, which kind of pedals do you use? .. and at 3:12 do you insert a chorus effect?

excuse me but i'm very curios!!!!

    ciao

  • The drums are a little bit busy. Overall, quite well done.

  • well done

  • does anyone know of a tab for the song?

    Great version guys.

  • Awesome! Sounds exactly the same as the original.

  • korean jazz/funk rocks!

  • comparing with boss ce1 small cold should be named cold stone...anyhow i just can't understand this "sound like" thing

  • nice playing on the solos.. drums a bit busy but kept coming with it and hitting the money.. GJ

  • outstanding cover. quite ambitious, and you really pulled it off. im a huge medeski/scofied fan, and this was really coold to see.

what settings are you using on that pitch shifter?

  • Too much drum man, let it breath.

  • great organ sound :)

  • That shit was HOT!

  • congrats!

  • Bravo.

  • Great song, great cover.

    Good job.

  • Sick shit guys. First cover of a scofield song ive ever heard. You guys are awesome for your age, and just awesome overall.

  • great job, keep going

  • awesome i wish i could play scofield's stuff you guys rock

  • noice!

  • that was sick

  • great.. loved it!!!

  • Awsome job guys! Really hit it perfectly with the right sounds. Medeski's keys were great.

  • Awesome, please post moore!

  • GREAT DRUMS.

  • Very nice, guys. One little thing, though: in the release, it sounds like you've got the correct voicings on top, but I believe the bass goes from G to B (on the 2nd chord), not F. Check it out.

  • You're absolutely correct. The first time we practiced this song, I played it going to the B as in the original recording, but it just wasn't working out for me at that moment (not exactly sure why, maybe there was just something wrong with my hearing that day). I thought the F sounded a little better, so that's how I've been playing it ever since. I'm sure it was just that first day that was weird.

  • It is a little dissonant, so, yeah...maybe it just sounded weird to you one day. But the B in the bass gives it a nice bite (makes it a Bmin7b5). So, are you back to playing the B?

  • Man--I have to get me a tele! Good job!

  • Hey, really like that stuff! I have that Tele you're using. Can you let me know what pedals your using, really like the 2nd sound you use, how do you achieve that?

  • Thanks. I was using with Boss Overdrive and Arion chorus. The 2nd sound is Arion chorus sound.

  • I wish i could have a band like that! I play the sax!!!! very good man!!! you guys have a good grove! good solos!!!

  • hell yess. that was soo good. organ sounds so realistic

  • enjoyed that, keep it up chaps.

  • of**

  • great cover! great sound! alot ov power.

  • Thank you so much. Does 'stone' mean a effector? Yes. I played with DS-1 and Arion chorus.

  • Is that a '52 reissue? Sounds the business. Keep on going feller, nice cover.

  • Yes. That's a '52 Tele reissue.

    Thank you.

  • Pretty Cool!!

    Post moore

  • Thank you so much..

  • @overthespace Hey it would really help if you could tell me what chords you play at 1:11

    Thanks
