It gives your character that swagger, or whatever you want to call it, and when your character goes idle, or stops, they place their hand on their hip, as you saw at the end. Their is another mod, if you don't feel like dealing with the whole, "Taking forever to get anywhere" bit, it's called Idles Poses Replace. This allows you to roam freely, but when you become idle, or stop, your character can rest in a chosen stance.
