  • @sweethubby42 a carburetor is just a device used to deliver fuel to the engine. It consists of 2 fuel bowls one in the front and one in the back. It can either have anular or downleg booster (only difference is how they they disperse the fuel into the intake manifold) fuel is pumped into the carburetor fuel bowls from they it is directed to 1 of the 2 different types of boosters discussed above then is atomized into the intake manifold. A carburetor is just a more outdated version of fuel injec

  • I still have a Question, Now I know how carburetors work, but WHAT IS Carburetor?

  • @540rupesh thanks amigo

  • intro too long and engine noise is annoying!

  • Thumbs up if you think the car turning on twice is annoying

  • @bosstweed429 : The green line is probably for leading fuel back in the tank in case the engine drowns or something... Thats what I recon after seeing this movie, dont know shit about engines :p

  • in the diagram, why is one of the tubes(the green one) not in the fuel? is that the way its supposed to be?

  • Wow now I know what a cabyrator is!

  • The title, "Carburetor Parts and fuel injection basic" is misleading. No parts were mentioned and it didn't talk about FI at all.

A better title would be, "Main Components of a Carburetorated Engine"
