Ive got BBK shorty headers, SLP Ludmouths 1, and true dual exhaust with straight independant piping and the sound is incredible!!!! O.O

i really recommend if anybody is getting SLP's, get the headers and weld independant pipes at a shop

Do the SLP's need to 'warm up' a little before they start sounding mean? when i cold start my 04 Gt with SLP LM1 to pop down to the local 7-11 it sounds good but a little quiet, but when driving for a while they sound great all round. hence the question.

Is the idle down popping. Its suppost to do that. Its not a problem or anything. Every car does it but in person you dont notice it. The V8 rumble drowns it out but on 4 cylnder cars you will hear it alot!

The exhaust itself does not clank or pop. You may be referring to the idle down, or just at idle itself, which was a bit distorted by the camera, but it has a nice solid, deep idle.

They arent different colors, and I bought black letter inserts and put those on before the exhaust was put on. They are vinyl inserts, you can buy them at any mustang website.
