It's passed on through the transfer of fluids, and it's uasually male fluids into female or other male, thus putting females (or males who usually recieve) at higher risk. The solution? Go Lesbian. @TheJenBong Essentially what I'm suggesting is that there may be some confusion between sex differences(biological) and gender differences (societal, masculine and feminine). Hence, in terms of transmition through sex, men are less likely to catch AIDs off women, though it is still possible. And, since penetrive sex is not technically possible between females, and there is no transfer of fluids, sex between women doesn't spread AIDs. Basic scientific knowledge, they teach you this in highschool.

The major statement in support of homo and bisexuality is that one is born this way, and I believe that. But transexuality is the exact opposite. Its implying we want to change the way we were born. @TheJenBong I have asked several people, including my university teacher for sexuality, gender and identity, and nobody could give me a satisfying answer to explain transexuality or why its associated with homosexuality and bisexuality. As far as I've gathered, transexuals are simply confused, possibly illeducated and fallen into traps set by the society we've created. Some people are born with a penis, others are born with a vagina...

To suggest that there is a male with a vagina or a female with a penis is simply a complete misunderstanding of the definition of these words. Its like stating that this tiger (really a bird) has wings and this cat (really a fish) breathes under water.

@cyprokka Transgendered and transexual is two different things. Transgender is someone who was born in what they believe is the "wrong body".. Most trangenders do undergo surgery to feel more comfortable in their own body thus becoming "transexual"

If they still want to change it then sure why not. But I still see them as prisoners of society. Sex reassignment surgery is not like changing ones hair colour or something. Just that I find it hard to believe that someone is born and without any external influences they believe they should have been born with something else down there. I dont know of any case when someone believed they should have been born with a different eye colour, skin colour, bone structure, etc., why the sexual organ, vocal pitch, facial+butt features?

It is well known that kids develop very good ideas of gender norms as early as the 2 years old so a 5 year old would already be well aware of the differences between males and females in society. @cyprokka As per why they are thrown into the LGBT umbrella is because the LGTB no longer just means gays and lesbians but anyone with a different sexuality and gender-identity.. So 2-sprits, queer, intersex, and everything else is now technically under that same umbrella.
Transgendered people really and truly believe that they have the wrong body, and that they should be the opposite. Whether they're confused or not, I couldn't say. I don't believe so, but that's my opinion.

So many non biological differences are ingrained into our society to make deep distinctions between males and females and I cant help but wonder that maybe little timmy feels out of place because his mum wont let him grow his hair long or play with a barbie. @TheJenBong Essentially what I'm suggesting is that there may be some confusion between sex differences(biological) and gender differences (societal, masculine and feminine). Its hard to assume otherwise and the only thing I can think of is that transexuals should be helped in understanding the definitions and the difference between gender and sex. Whether they like it or not, they were born with a certain body and our language thus defines their sex by that body.

4. Gay people would be more likely to adopt or have babies if they were in a stable, more permanent relationship through marriage, so if you're really gonna argue for more babies, you should be for gay marriage.
5. Are you really going to tell infertile straight couples, or anyone who just doesn't want to have babies they're no longer aloud to have babies. Because for your argument to be valid, you'd have to implement this also.

2. Letting gay people get married will not decrease the amount of babies born into the world. Marriage does not equal reproduction.
