Haha....yes, later when we were cantering by the gate, there was another horse that got super close, I had to let her know I was there, because she was close to cutting me off to the point that I would have had to break. Oh well.
I just got a paint horse myself. I'm going to show him PAC, but I want to go to APHA shows as well. But for the last three years I've only had a quarter horse. Are the rules at paint shows the same as the rules at AQHA shows?

WesternPleasureLuv, yes if a horse has any color at all they can be reg. Ptha. so a Paint horse deffinatly can! ^_^ PtHA world is genrally easier too. :D
And don't forget if you have a mini horse or something with color you can reg them too. best of luck!
This was just the cut (third to be exact)..We didn't make it to the finals. They did away with Semis this year, so they only took 6 horses out of 22+. It made it really tough! The World (who was in my cut) and Reserve World Champion from last year didn't make it through.
I just show APHA..haha, his qualifying spot is part of the trickle of white on his back right leg. He actually has some SPB point before he got his regular registry papers! I heard though that there are times when PtHA accepts horses with APHA regular papers, no matter how much white they have? I would love to go to the PtHA world sometime, but I love the APHA World, so until I can afford both, I'm just going to stick with APHA. :)

i show paint too! just got a new 2 year old, i will be going to pinto worlds & paint worlds in 2010! are you gonna be there?
And that was a HUGE class so don't be upsett with your self. your horse is really pretty!
