  • i thought the cat stretch was when ur on all fours and rise your higher back and try to put your neck to the floor

  • @SOADfan1825 that is cat pose

  • nice tramp stamp shorty. she's also into speed metal. hahaha

  • she's hot even with that weird hair

  • TATTOOS WOW

  • that's not what the cat stretch is in my yoga class o.o; its where you start on all fours with your lowerback sagging, then you curve up your spine. We have a different name for hte one you are doing, I forgot what we called it but we used our belts to help with it XDI dont think our teacher gave us a specific name for that one

  • she forgot to tell u to start off with 5 bong hits before u start, like she obviously did.

  • My lower back and glutes feel so much better after these poses but it was very painful during. I think I may have over did it or I just need to stretch more. But thank you, the lower back pain is much better.

  • Butterface haha.

  • tried it few minutes ago, and my back cracked and it all felt better afterward :D tyvm!

  • im only 15 and i messed my back up lifting weights i been having a back pain for over 4 months now it wont go away.. got any helpful tips for me?

  • your tattoos are sexy

  • Hmm, how many times I should do these per day? Morning and Evenging ( so its 2 times ), or only morning?

    Any tips guys?

  • @MarkusAir2000 Depends how sore your back is.

Ideally, if you did these every 20 minutes for a week then you would effectively be cured, but maybe everytime you go on a break at work, head out to the store room and stretch the areas you want done.

Also work the hamstrings everytime you go to the bathroom. 30 seconds each and you will definately see results within two weeks. If you don't, go to a specialist and possibly get an xray

  • Nice tramp stamp.

  • She'd get it! Once i'm not a cripple that is

  • Thanks for posting these videos! They help alot. The thread the needle one is my favorite, its the one I find most challenging! Even your voice is relaxing. You should make and sell an instructional video!

  • Thanks for posting your vids. I had a fall & hurt my hip, back & neck. I now have chronic pain. When I was off work I went to some yoga classes which were MORE helpful than physio! (& cheaper) Yoga IS a powerful workout. I've spent hours at the gym doing weights & cardio, yoga IS tougher! Try a few classes if you don't believe me! Since going back to work with crazy shifts & long hours, I can't make it to yoga class. Taking 10 minutes a day to do a few of these poses help to lessen my pain.

  • doing cat stretch can make u grow taller

  • I'm sure the ink work on the foot felt good. I had my feet done and I'll gladly never do them again. lol

  • omg she looks and sound horny lol

  • because i sit too long each day my lower back muscle shortens, and i need some easy stretches i can do every day, any ideas?

  • I have a siatic nerve problem ro sitting too much and the wallet issue and found my yoga class and some industrial massage in this area has helped alot. Also a ball for sitting 20 minutes a day help alot too. This stretch and another one where you bring one knee into you check with the other foot on top of the knee really releases the hamstring. While sitting your hamstrings tighten too much so need to stretch to compensate.

  • This is a cat stretch, but when you sit on your hands and knees and raise your back, that's a cat pose? Are there really two different poses with the same name?

  • yes, two poses with almost the same name - Cat Pose and Cat Stretch Pose :)

  • nice one sister. truely beautiful moves. thank you. feeling ready for flight again.

  • I dont know how you can keep your back flat on the floor and move the leg to the side like that, my whole body turns.. damnit my back is killing the shit out of me

  • practise makes perfect...one thing that i tried to release back pain is actually to workout my back, ass, and core...working out the back to release back pain sounds crazy right? try sum deadlifts sum time haha

  • I work out regularly, I try to avoid dead lifts... last time I did dead lifts I was uninformed and i hurt my back hehe, and ever since I try to avoid it

  • than get on of those things where u hang backwards from yuor legs it might not even be ur muscle but ur spine thats givin u problems

  • I swear I hear that all the time now. Instead of laying around and popping pain pills, exercising actually helps back pain go away. Deadlifts FTW.

  • You are a very good instructor. You are very clear with your instructions. Thank you,

  • Very good one, thanks. As a tight novice, I can't do many of your stretches, but I can do this one and it helps my back.

  • Wow, I did 3 of your stretches while my back was hurting after sititng here so long working on essays...andI'm feeling great!

  • Wow that looks a great stretch and a pretty lady

  • Thank you very much! my family has been helped by your video.

  • rhythmic... looking at ya doing that stretch has eased my pain a little... sure it will help when i'll do it myself...thanks
