I remember this game very well, in all the games I played, it is still my favorite. I was playing through it when it first released in 1997. and I can say I have completed the game more than 60 times over. Over all, I cannot see a better RPG ever, than FFVII

Final Fantasy 6 is overrated. A far superior game from that era is Chrono Trigger. I've beat Final Fantasy 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and played a little bit of 13 and out of all of them, my personal favorite is Final Fantasy 10.

ff7 is ruined by all the sequels and prequels, as a stand alone game, it is fucking amazing... you can feel the amount of care and attention that went into making the game as you play it, and it's a beautiful thing, and a joy to play, imo it's the best in the series, closely followed by ff6....
