@reddikken: yes, our Drever's "parents: were from Finland; I wish there were more in this country - they are the perfect dog in size and temperament; people always ask us if she is a mix of other breeds and we say, no, she is a Drever from Scandinavia.
I live in norway were drevers is very popular. They Are the best dogs ever. Our drever, tia, loves to sleep on the sofa like pumpkin here. Its adorable ;)
oh my gosh my dog looked like a Drever so much. He turned out to be Beagle/Red Tick Coonhound (real short legs, long body, long nose, almond eyes)> He died last week. Would love a drever...any in the usa?
@barn524 I'm so sorry. no there are currently no breeder is the U.S.A. breeders in sweden seem reluctant to sell dogs here. So now we are looking in to Swedish shelters. It's a shame the breed is not known here, Pumpkin is amazing in every single way!
Bindy is Pumpkin's full sister! From outi, kanoutar kennels. We got pictures of her before we choose Pumpkin and from you after you took her home. lol. so that sister named Pumpkin is actually our Pumpkin. lol. sorry for the confusion.

Yep! Bindy is from Vancouver also. They are most likely full sisters then! I will have to get a cute video of her soon.
