My cousin plays girls lax and I laughed at her after watching her first game and she asked why?, I said you need to be more physical and that's how I learned how my (boys) lax is different from girls lacrosse :D

I laugh my ass off being a guy watching these ladies stick check. I don't need to be able to play D as a female!!! Mens Lax and Womens Lax are two completely different sports and it just irritates me.

@imglacrosseacademies okay , so I really don't get it . I've been playing Lacrosse for a while not & we can't check anything above the shoulder or if cradling . but in the beginning of this video , you were . help ?

@callmepheobe It all depends on your age and skill level. I wasn't allowed to start checking above the shoulder until u15. There are different "levels" of checking as you play the game.
