Love 4th edition. I am seeing more and more guys finally giving in and moving up to play this edition. Not all change is good. This is good change. Not sure about the song using prayer for wanting a role playing game though. What about "world peace" or something more important.
4th is pretty good actually. Play it, or don't. It's just another goddamn game. It's not like 3 doesn't exist any more. Hell, I still play 2nd edition and buy new AD&D stuff with some regularity off eBay. And for those who know their RPG history, 4th is literally closer to OD&D than any other edition since 1977. D&D, of course, was molded out of table top miniatures war games of the 1960's in the early 70's by Gygax and friends. You can't say minis ruin D&D - that's where it came from fool.
@NeriaNuala Going back to it's roots is devolution?
Besides D&D has always had miniatures. Ral Partha anyone?
And nowhere in any rule in 4E does it state that miniatures are "required." Use your imagination, bits of paper or a wallet sized picture of your girlfriend to represent foes.
I am a valid christian but i see nothing wrong with D&D you play as a good guy to kill the bad guys. A lot of christians or catholics dont like D&D because you are in a world without god (Jesus) like an alternate world. Which means Star Wars and World of Warcraft is no different! In that case i damned to hell anyway cuz i play WoW, Runescape, Warhammer 40k and maybe D&D but personally i think that D&D being Satans game is a load of bull!
Nothing to stop anyone from using a christian veiw system for the D&D world. Its a time where Dragons, and other minions of the devil exsist and god grants his best followers the powers to fight for his people. D&D RPG is about making it what you want it to be. All these churches always talk about the few "blamed" bad events about D&D. They never talk about the hundreds of thousands of people world wide the game has helped and in many different ways.
4.0 pushed me out of the game. I paid hundreds, maybe thousands, on 3.0 & 3.5 books. I literally had almost all of them. Then, *poof.* All worthless. I got mad & sold them all for $800 & bought World of Warcraft.
@Goins2754 You do realize you could have just kept playing 3.5 right? I mean it isn't like everyone immediately stopped playing that edition. And for another thing, you knew a new edition was coming, did you think it would never update? You deserve it. I'm sorry but my god you deserve it.
@CaramelDancen You're an idiot. Do you know how long 2nd edition was around before they pushed 3.0? Then when 3.5 came out, they vowed that "this is the one for a long time." It only took like, what, two years? Three? Then they're digging in our pockets to get us to buy the next big thing. That's bullcrap. I'm not buying it. I paid something like $70/mo for the books for FR & 3.5, that's way more than I pay for WoW. Plus, WoW is more fun.
@Goins2754 WoW, SUCKS first off. And that is all I'm saying on that. (Guild Wars is much better). Second off, read my first comment again and see if it gets through this time.
@CaramelDancen Yeah. WoW sucks... That's why they're been awarded with numerous awards since release and they have a player base that's still growing after all these years. Up to...12 million now? Hmm.
Let's see. And yeah, you can keep playing the old edition if you want to keep being a tool of WotC. They're shitting on their customer base and you're asking for more. But, I guess little shit-eaters like yourself don't mind.
@Goins2754 Whatever I've gotten over it. But please stop complaining that you spent a shit load of money on something and you don't feel like you got your moneys worth. It's pathetic to do. Why can't you just admit that WotC didn't expect someone to go out and buy every fucking book they had on one edition.
I love all versions of D&D 4th Ed is more geared towards noobs and hack N slash style. While 3.5 is geared towards the rp intensive and story driven. They are both wonderful I love all D&D.
Hehe I didn't want to get into a rules or game discussion just I'm noting there are different variety of rp open in 3.5 as opposed to 4E. For example if I want to I can play a wandering merchant or fortune teller and have it represented by the craft or profession skill in 3.5 In 4E these skills are absent. Nor does it hint at the possibility to do such acts either. Which is alright with me it just depends on your gaming styles that's all.
@GeekerDays According to a recent WotC podcast there will be a subskill system of sorts that will allow you to do things like that. HOwever, those are things that you DO, vs things that you are.
I think of role playing and I think of character background, family, loves, his personality and quirks, his thought process and how he views the world. 4E as well as 3.5 fall short on these types of things.
@GeekerDays Did you know the first ever DnD books had NO RP rules? It was just combat and the DM was just AI for the monsters. If you want to say 4th is too combat oriented then you wouldn't like the original DnD.
personally, i think that 4e was easier to understand with the online character builder and such, yet leaves something to want in the rping aspect of it all.
WOTC is going broke because magic lost players over time, D&D isn't selling, and they only have pokemon cards left and yugioh. Both of which are past their prime. WOTC should have listened to me /shrug
The problem has been the same since the marketing geniuses at TSR realized people will buy EVERYTHING that has an 'official' D&D logo on it. If you want to keep it a fun game you need very little, but WOTC won't want you to know that. New versions are just rules-lawyer BS that will cause some loser to start whining about his special elf-ranger rulebook rules. If you're wise, hunt down first edition player's handbook, DM guide and monster manual, and you're set.
That's all I use. AD&D rules. The great thing about AD&D is that as the Gygax said, the rules are made to be changed and altered to fit your campaign. You don't need to be anal about following every rule. 3 and 3.5, and 4th edition makes you feel like you MUST follow those rules, and breaking away from those rules will ruin the game!
And with AD&D role playing is a must, because if 2 people were human fighters, you needed to role play harder to make sure you were unique.
on a previous video of an old DandD commercial the poster said that nerds havent changed much since 1984. I responded that maybe D and D players had changed.
Though this video makes me think that maybe what they have changed into isnt the greatest thing in the world either
I think my main problem with $th edition is the way certain roles are almost forced upon people with the set paths of progression. Whilst you 'can' deviate from this, it's suddenly far more work to make something viable that it has been for previous editions.
For myself, I prefer to be able to throw together random characters who don't always have to be designed to do the most damage, which, unfortunately, is seems to be the main concern for the latest offering. Combat after combat.
i guess D&D in whole sucks then? seriously. guys. you're acting like it's year 2000 all over again when the cries of "down with 3rd" were all the rage. grow a pair, play the edition you like. there's a ton of material for 2nd and 3rd ed out there for you to use.
He's being satirical. It's just an example showing how silly it is to rage about a new edition. Play the edition you love - and don't worry about the rest.
Spaceomatic, this is a parody of Janis Joplin's material wish list song Mercedes Benz. It was a very good parody too. It's so in character of the original it might be called Mercedes Benz 2nd Edition.
Its not the fact it's a crappy follow on from 3.X edition, its the fact that it has replaced the 3.X material with something that calls itself D&D: no more materials for 3.X and no more true history timelines in any of the campaign settings for 3.X. Wizards really should have thought longer and harder about this decision before abandoning the older gamers in favor of new inexperienced ones, trying to pry them into their market, away from WoW etc. They've given away too big a market for less.
Lol, you people that complain about any edition since first have horrible DMs.
There are hundreds of rule books spread between the different versions with hundreds of classes. With just the tiniest bit of imagination and intuitiveness your DM should have no problem keeping you entertained.
Use what you like, discard what you don't. It's not rocket science people.
KODIN13's not tryingv to say it's a bad system, it's just that it doesn't really continue on form the previous editions like the other advancements did. For example, fighters were nonne magic users before 4th ed relying on martial prowess. Now because they're 'so good' at fighting they can set their swords on fire amongst other things? WTF is going on there? It's a good system, it's just not what I would call D&D. And before you say it, my DM is perfectly capable of keeping things fun.
I think of the term rules-lawyer. If D&D is intended as a game, rules should be simple. As it stands now, you 'need' all these official rulebooks and every twerp with his special character class rulebook is going to be all up in your face about his special rules. That's not a simple past-time, it's a full-time job! If you can't roll a full party of characters inside of half an hour, the point has been lost.
I see just now the wisdom in your words. Theyre just loosing market releasing new versions and closing old versions like this. They should keep all those (or almost all of those) versions in market at the same time.
I see what you were trying to do here, I'll give ya 2 start for effort, but let's face it folks are stuck in what ever edition they feel comfortable with I've got 1st ed, 2nd, ed & 3.5. I'm not delving into another set of rules. It all comes down to die rolls, no matter the rules that you use.
I play D&D with someone who had to spend 3 odd hours looking up different abilities to even start making a friggin fighter. They're supposed to be the simplest class out there. 4E is a waste of time, money and electrical impulses. Now just wait till 5E comes out.
I'm a DM for a few versions of the game. 4 plays like a MMO with everyone having attacks and such. A friend of mine called it D&D lite. 3/3.5 were the best in my opinion. You had complete customization over your guy and could make up wierd combos like a drunken pixie that could poke people with spells but would always be seeing things. 4.0 is definately the easiest format to learn in but I'd suggest giving 3/3.5 a whirl. If you get a good DM and a solid group it's more fun than a 4.0.
Agreed, however, 3.5 was at least fun because you could get the power hungry hung up on system tricks and you didn't have to hear them complain about not being cool all the time. And sometimes they would throw pizza at each other!
Comon guys if you dont know what dnd is or of you dont like it dont post silly comments about dnd... Who told you that we are playing to fuck an imaginary girl in a tavern?? Bah.. I shouldnt bother with you people...
I dont know...play both. No, this is not D&D it's something diffrent, yet cool in it's own right. Probobly play 3.5 way more than 4.0 but it's nice to have the option.
DM-Wat you guys doing Bard-I go to the tarven DM- ok you're in the tarven Bard- Is there any chicks DM- one yes Bard-ok i have sex with her DM you cant just do that roll charsima to see if she likes you Bard- 24 that means i score DM- fine you have sex with her you find out she's a man Bard- wait i wouldn't do him then DM- to late you already did Bard- that was like 5 secs ago DM- yeah he wasn't impressed
Great song, mild levels of possible blasphemy aside. Liked your voice. I've looked over 4ed. Can't say I can call it "dnd" with a straight face but I'll probably give it a run here in the next little while.
Bravo to your song! I've played about 3 games so far of the new 4th ed. And It's tough to chew just like 4 year old beef jerky. I wonder how long my group will play before we go back to 3.5?
I spent a afternoon looking at the DM's book, the players book and the MM for 4ed and that was really all I needed to know I wouldn't be playing this edition. If and when TSR decides to come back and make D&D games that's fine, but this WOW shit is for the birds.
DrCHUD666 - There is an mp3 of this on the video owner's site (click on rpgmp3). Look in the Filk forum under "My Filk' posted by Isis. The site is great as well. :)
(Apologies if this has just posted several times).
I've been playing since 1983, w/ & w/o mini's...I've prolly got about 400 stashed in cases, not counting warhammer mini's, and of those, only about 75 or so are painted. whenever we lacked mini's, we'd just use coins, dice, cheeto's, or wtf ever we had on hand...mini's are NOT an absolute requirement to play the game, they just make it more enjoyable and easier to envision the action. and btw, I no longer play D&D, the last time I played was at GenCon last year. I'm not spending anymore on it
Sorry to wander from the topic of "OMG the publishers will make me buy things i don't want because they control my mind", but a musical comment: Janis Joplin HAD a lovely voice. The scratchy tone used on her popular recordings was an affectation to represent the rebellion she wanted to communicate in her songs. She grew up singing gospel.
This is the only video from this person... Great job! Great song! Great video! Well done, and poignant... Well said!
Today I've been invited by one of my ol' gaming buddies to come on over and try the new 4th Edition D&D. I never even got into the 3rd one at all (for obvious reasons).
I have the new books on pre-order. A lot of the concepts look pretty cool so far.
Also, wait till it comes out to judge it. :P I remember a lot of people said 3.0 and 3.5 sucked. A lot of them are playing them now.
Also, if you don't like it, you do have the option to use the old stuff.
Also, fees for the online service is not a game killer. It is just fees for a new service. Pay for the service or don't use it. Pretty simple. It is not required in order to play the game.
I don't like how they incorperated forced movement into so many abilities and powers. They're making the game very difficult to visualize without miniatures, which I understand from a business point of view but reject as a DnD purist. They did in fact turn it into warhammer, basicaly space marines navigating a space hulk with monsters. Why not just play warhammer? Are dwarves cooler? meh, very dissapointed.
Still have my 2.0 set and the Realms, we're all set. I'll wait a year minimum.
As a DnD Purist, you reject the idea that you should be using Minis for play? I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but DnD has always been built for the use of Minis. It's based off of Tactical War Games. Ina "Purist" sense, DnD WITHOUT miniatures is playing the game without the proper tools. DnD is a Combat Oriented game. Always has been.
Ok,D&D has always had a strong link with combat as part of it's system. The problem most of us "Old Schoolers" have is that it is removing the roleplaying from the game, and turning it into a table top Tekken, which is not what it was intended for. The new "healing waves" (demo version) seems a little "beat-em up" computer game for me. Any RPG that systematically removes the opportunity for actual roleplay isn't worth bothering with. Plus whilst Wiztard's are a company, ripping us off is wrong.
You're only being ripped off if you're buying the minis. I ran a 4th Edition game last Saturday using assorted pieces from various boardgames and it went just fine. I've been playing DnD since 2nd Edition, so I hardly classify as a new player. Those "Healing Waves" you speak of serve the dual purposes of helping Clerics not be dedicated Healers and simulating Heroes from Mythology and Media. How often do you see the hero take a beating then, suddenly, call on some random reserve of strength?
Ok, you've made a good point. Plus I suppose that the amount of RP that goes on in a game is down to how good your DM is. I'm interested to see how hit points work in the new edition, if you have serious and minor wounds etc. The only issue with the healing waves I have is that it implies you'll be fighting all session based on how many of these you get in a period of time. Of course, this is only supposition on my part.
Once you figure out how certain things work, combat isn't so bad. They eliminated pretty much all the really complicated things that bogged down 3.5 and replaced it with a somewhat complicated system that encompasses, nearly, everything, so you don't have to learn lots of differant rules, just a set of basic ones.
If you don't want to buy the books just yet, you should look into "procuring" them through Internet-Like means. They were leaked about a week or two before the release.
it was originaly created with out the minis long before the 80's that when it be came popular and people couldnt under stand the game becuase there was to much math involved with how far a speel can travel and stuff like that so they made mini's and boards. i dont use minis cause i think it takes away from the imagination but i collect minis
lol no games like d&d and chainmail were created from word games froom the acual mideval ages. lol you people think you no everything about anything. i dont care who uses minis cause i think it takes away from the game i play on pure imagination if i wanted to play a bored game i would play sorry or checkers
That's fine, play whatever way brings you the most enjoyment. From Gygax own words, "I'm very fond of the Medieval period, the Dark Ages in particular. We started playing in the period because I had found appropriate miniatures. I started devising rules where what the plastic figure was wearing was what he had..." In 1971, Gygax and Jeff Perren wrote Chainmail, a miniatures wargame from which the role-playing game (RPG) Dungeons & Dragons (aka D&D) was developed.
I was considering pre-order at first. I'm betting I will get cheap books on Amazon from folks throwing theirs back into the mix. Thus allowing me to wait and see how the community reacts. I'm a copper pinching gnome.
4th Ed D&D will have 'monthly' online fees ...IF... you want to use the new 'virtual tabletop gaming' system. The character generator program (including the Avatar Pic maker) will be free to use. Personally, I think its a nice step to have the computer tabletop program, but NOT with a monthly fee attached. Especially when its rumored to be priced at $10-$15 a month. Thats a lot of cash toward something thats not even as interactive as Xbox Live (for example).
she said online fees! does it have online fees?!? that would be a +20 game killer. wonder if thats why the DMG is coming out last, perhaps the online tools cost to access.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Fuck WOTC, go Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay man, that game is SO much better. Seriously, I was a DND fan for 20 years (still am, but not for 3ed+) Wizards of the Coast seriously fucked DND over.
Love 4th edition. I am seeing more and more guys finally giving in and moving up to play this edition. Not all change is good. This is good change. Not sure about the song using prayer for wanting a role playing game though. What about "world peace" or something more important.

WOTC is going broke because magic lost players over time, D&D isn't selling, and they only have pokemon cards left and yugioh. Both of which are past their prime. WOTC should have listened to me /shrug

Ive Not Played D&D Since I was a kid with an old copy of the original tiny books.
Id love to play as Dragonborn, Werewolf, Lizardfolk or Rakshasa.
Most likely a Druid or Rogue.
I wonder if the new dumbed down versions let you play as that race.
TherianthropeAndrewH 2 years ago
The problem has been the same since the marketing geniuses at TSR realized people will buy EVERYTHING that has an 'official' D&D logo on it. If you want to keep it a fun game you need very little, but WOTC won't want you to know that. New versions are just rules-lawyer BS that will cause some loser to start whining about his special elf-ranger rulebook rules. If you're wise, hunt down first edition player's handbook, DM guide and monster manual, and you're set.
gr8pumpkin 2 years ago
That's all I use. AD&D rules. The great thing about AD&D is that as the Gygax said, the rules are made to be changed and altered to fit your campaign. You don't need to be anal about following every rule. 3 and 3.5, and 4th edition makes you feel like you MUST follow those rules, and breaking away from those rules will ruin the game!
And with AD&D role playing is a must, because if 2 people were human fighters, you needed to role play harder to make sure you were unique.
4th edition is shit

I hate fourth edition. (It's only my personal preference, though.)
Dragusssss 2 years ago
on a previous video of an old DandD commercial the poster said that nerds havent changed much since 1984. I responded that maybe D and D players had changed.
Though this video makes me think that maybe what they have changed into isnt the greatest thing in the world either
alanvalentinus 2 years ago
I think my main problem with $th edition is the way certain roles are almost forced upon people with the set paths of progression. Whilst you 'can' deviate from this, it's suddenly far more work to make something viable that it has been for previous editions.
For myself, I prefer to be able to throw together random characters who don't always have to be designed to do the most damage, which, unfortunately, is seems to be the main concern for the latest offering. Combat after combat.
LordMorbannaon 2 years ago 2
chainmail is just a wargame ripoff
1st ed is just a "fancier" chainmail
2nd ed tries to be first ed
3rd ed is diablo 2
4th ed is WoW
i guess D&D in whole sucks then? seriously. guys. you're acting like it's year 2000 all over again when the cries of "down with 3rd" were all the rage. grow a pair, play the edition you like. there's a ton of material for 2nd and 3rd ed out there for you to use.
oxybe22 2 years ago
With your list at the top, are you saying that each edition is just a rip off of something else, or just saying that is what each edition is like?
Gandore1108 2 years ago
He's being satirical. It's just an example showing how silly it is to rage about a new edition. Play the edition you love - and don't worry about the rest.

Spaceomatic, this is a parody of Janis Joplin's material wish list song Mercedes Benz. It was a very good parody too. It's so in character of the original it might be called Mercedes Benz 2nd Edition.

I love how people get all huffy over a game.
If you don't like 4th, don't play it, no ones making you.
Basmalo2 2 years ago
Its not the fact it's a crappy follow on from 3.X edition, its the fact that it has replaced the 3.X material with something that calls itself D&D: no more materials for 3.X and no more true history timelines in any of the campaign settings for 3.X. Wizards really should have thought longer and harder about this decision before abandoning the older gamers in favor of new inexperienced ones, trying to pry them into their market, away from WoW etc. They've given away too big a market for less.
KODIN13 2 years ago 5
Lol, you people that complain about any edition since first have horrible DMs.
There are hundreds of rule books spread between the different versions with hundreds of classes. With just the tiniest bit of imagination and intuitiveness your DM should have no problem keeping you entertained.
Use what you like, discard what you don't. It's not rocket science people.
phluffmuffin 2 years ago
The problem is the "rule perverts".
philoposos 2 years ago
KODIN13's not tryingv to say it's a bad system, it's just that it doesn't really continue on form the previous editions like the other advancements did. For example, fighters were nonne magic users before 4th ed relying on martial prowess. Now because they're 'so good' at fighting they can set their swords on fire amongst other things? WTF is going on there? It's a good system, it's just not what I would call D&D. And before you say it, my DM is perfectly capable of keeping things fun.
Gandore1108 2 years ago
philoposos:
"The problem is the "rule perverts"."
I think of the term rules-lawyer. If D&D is intended as a game, rules should be simple. As it stands now, you 'need' all these official rulebooks and every twerp with his special character class rulebook is going to be all up in your face about his special rules. That's not a simple past-time, it's a full-time job! If you can't roll a full party of characters inside of half an hour, the point has been lost.
gr8pumpkin 2 years ago
I see just now the wisdom in your words. Theyre just loosing market releasing new versions and closing old versions like this. They should keep all those (or almost all of those) versions in market at the same time.
philoposos 2 years ago

You obviously have the mental capacity of a retarded 3 year old then. 4e is the simplest version of D&D to hit the markets since Dragon Strike.
chiguayante 3 years ago
I play D&D with someone who had to spend 3 odd hours looking up different abilities to even start making a friggin fighter. They're supposed to be the simplest class out there. 4E is a waste of time, money and electrical impulses. Now just wait till 5E comes out.

iansate 3 years ago
I'm a DM for a few versions of the game. 4 plays like a MMO with everyone having attacks and such. A friend of mine called it D&D lite. 3/3.5 were the best in my opinion. You had complete customization over your guy and could make up wierd combos like a drunken pixie that could poke people with spells but would always be seeing things. 4.0 is definately the easiest format to learn in but I'd suggest giving 3/3.5 a whirl. If you get a good DM and a solid group it's more fun than a 4.0.

It is not required in order to play the game.
burlingk 3 years ago 2
I don't like how they incorperated forced movement into so many abilities and powers. They're making the game very difficult to visualize without miniatures, which I understand from a business point of view but reject as a DnD purist. They did in fact turn it into warhammer, basicaly space marines navigating a space hulk with monsters. Why not just play warhammer? Are dwarves cooler? meh, very dissapointed.
Still have my 2.0 set and the Realms, we're all set. I'll wait a year minimum.
m4xfl4xst4r 3 years ago
My friends and I just bought a battle map and use different dice to represent ourselves and monsters. Same thing we did with 3rd.
LuvM0nkee 3 years ago
As a DnD Purist, you reject the idea that you should be using Minis for play? I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but DnD has always been built for the use of Minis. It's based off of Tactical War Games. Ina "Purist" sense, DnD WITHOUT miniatures is playing the game without the proper tools. DnD is a Combat Oriented game. Always has been.
ViperHeartJack 3 years ago
Ok,D&D has always had a strong link with combat as part of it's system. The problem most of us "Old Schoolers" have is that it is removing the roleplaying from the game, and turning it into a table top Tekken, which is not what it was intended for. The new "healing waves" (demo version) seems a little "beat-em up" computer game for me. Any RPG that systematically removes the opportunity for actual roleplay isn't worth bothering with. Plus whilst Wiztard's are a company, ripping us off is wrong.
mattbarclay 3 years ago
You're only being ripped off if you're buying the minis. I ran a 4th Edition game last Saturday using assorted pieces from various boardgames and it went just fine. I've been playing DnD since 2nd Edition, so I hardly classify as a new player. Those "Healing Waves" you speak of serve the dual purposes of helping Clerics not be dedicated Healers and simulating Heroes from Mythology and Media. How often do you see the hero take a beating then, suddenly, call on some random reserve of strength?
ViperHeartJack 3 years ago
Ok, you've made a good point. Plus I suppose that the amount of RP that goes on in a game is down to how good your DM is. I'm interested to see how hit points work in the new edition, if you have serious and minor wounds etc. The only issue with the healing waves I have is that it implies you'll be fighting all session based on how many of these you get in a period of time. Of course, this is only supposition on my part.
mattbarclay 3 years ago
Once you figure out how certain things work, combat isn't so bad. They eliminated pretty much all the really complicated things that bogged down 3.5 and replaced it with a somewhat complicated system that encompasses, nearly, everything, so you don't have to learn lots of differant rules, just a set of basic ones.
If you don't want to buy the books just yet, you should look into "procuring" them through Internet-Like means. They were leaked about a week or two before the release.
ViperHeartJack 3 years ago
it was originaly created with out the minis long before the 80's that when it be came popular and people couldnt under stand the game becuase there was to much math involved with how far a speel can travel and stuff like that so they made mini's and boards. i dont use minis cause i think it takes away from the imagination but i collect minis
nightmare0308 3 years ago
You're a retard. D&D was based off of Chainmail, a MINIATURE WAR GAME. I guarantee Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson were using minis in their games.
tschulze 3 years ago
lol no games like d&d and chainmail were created from word games froom the acual mideval ages. lol you people think you no everything about anything. i dont care who uses minis cause i think it takes away from the game i play on pure imagination if i wanted to play a bored game i would play sorry or checkers
nightmare0308 3 years ago
That's fine, play whatever way brings you the most enjoyment. From Gygax own words, "I'm very fond of the Medieval period, the Dark Ages in particular. We started playing in the period because I had found appropriate miniatures. I started devising rules where what the plastic figure was wearing was what he had..." In 1971, Gygax and Jeff Perren wrote Chainmail, a miniatures wargame from which the role-playing game (RPG) Dungeons & Dragons (aka D&D) was developed.
tschulze 3 years ago

SamuraiFilmCritic 3 years ago 3
