Our school just permanently shut down the clock system and are now ripping out 30+ buzzer/clock units, as well as the controller, which I am going to obtain for myself. They are beginning next year.
@pnfl07 I'm actually not an expert with these clocks as much as I used to be long ago, but an online auction site would be the best. They sell Simplex clocks by the bunch.
You can't buy them individually, you have to literally rip it out of an atomic clock. I used a Sharp atomic clock, but got badly cut on the glass when it broke. Be careful if you wish to proceed.
ebay has about 4 more days on this type of clock.

so far I have not been able to find any more Simplex clock, talk about timing............
my time may have been off for several years.
