With the light duty use you have with that lil' detroit, should last a lonnnng time. They use those starters in the mines on some of the smaller haul trucks and they last 6 months or so before the directional nozzles on the motor assy. plug up with dirt. Make sure you have clean air, and the transmission fluid in the gear case shouldnt have to be changed unless of course you notice a leak, which is uncommon. Nice! That's before you replaced the starter with a 150T right? I love air starters, we run an air starter shop in Texas. Nice job.

Obviously you know more about these than I do..
How long does a 150T in a vehicle typically last before needing a rebuild?
Do I ever need to change the oil/grease in the planetary reduction?

Better prime the fuel system. If they get fuel, they will start.
