Sad reality: if there is a character who can "cheap" whatever, there's no reason NOT to play that character unless they're insanely overpowered (i.e. SF2 Akuma) and ban-worthy.
So all you can do is hope that there's a re-balancing effort.
what about tournaments? you can't stop those crazy competitive players from using every cheap tactic in the book, this is why we play Balanced Brawl, also it's more balanced and more fun, and plus no more tripping!
true, people tend to do everything when theirs money or glory in their grasp. but oh well, the most people who chaingrab all the time aint that good imo. they rely too much to those moves so theyre very vulnerable to other stuff.
True, for the most part, most people who use these techniques aren't very good overall as a player, but they are a few that can still live up to their reputation as a pro since they can still own and fight even if they see their chain grabs to not be effective on the opponent
