  • Rob i thought it was 220 minus age minus your resting heart rate which for me is 137 bpm.

  • info and motivation like this makes me want to be the best i can be. thank you rob!

  • Really great and complete explanation. Subscribed. :)

  • fking amazing how much i learn in 11mins of this video

  • Thnx to my friend im now a follower of the awesome Rob Riches

  • Hey Rob! I found your videos more useful then a lot articular or videos I've come across! Is it ok to do this target heart rate training after your workout? instead of in the morning?

  • Rob>Plitt

  • what about running? is it good, I try to keep at a level so I can talk. That what greg plitt said.

But it's really hard, i keep pushing myself.

  • @Petriunderlinex3 greg plitt worked for the military and thats where most of the bulk came from. I'd follow mr. riches advice because he's more human than plitt.

  • @infringinator Ye plitt is superhuman

  • Really ? Cardio on an empty stomach ?

  • for 45 minutes? ... O.O WTF :D

  • Great video , you answered all my questions

  • i like you man , thx for the videos , they are really helpfull

  • im 18 so 65% of 202. Thats 131 would that be the HR i need to work at to burn fat?

  • I'm 24, so that works out to be 196bpm...I struggle at anything above 150-160bp.

  • @FireworksFormat he means 65% of 196 which is 127.4

  • Please show the equipment on and off while you talk. I have seen you do the same on the treadmill video as well.

  • ROB YOU'RE THE MOTHERFUCKING BEST

  • Scott herman's a pussy. Rob's the man!

  • In my opinion you're lightmiles ahead of Scott Herman, he's just annoying..and you're...awesome.

  • @PaheliBiH Scotts good for people just getting into working out. Robs stuff is a bit more advanced, and is more for people who've been doing it for 6 or so months. But yeah, scott can get a bit annoying.

  • @Project0061 You're right. But Rob is a better host, has better knowledge of exercises, suplements (that's how I conclude on what's shown at least) and nutrition. He's overall a class of his own..that's why I really love his vids. His vids helped me out about some questions a lot.

  • would you recommend doing HIIT or steady pace cardio in the morning before breakfast?

  • Thank you!

  • Please no props to Arnold aka The Sperminator. Great info otherwise.

  • @mannyvelo Arnold did more to get people into shape than anyone before or after him, he's a legend and what he did in his personal life does not reflect at all on what he did for bodybuilding. Great video all round.

  • So glad Rob is back with more videos!

  • very informative!

  • Hey Rob, a lot of professional trainers claim that fat loss heart rate zone is a myth. What do you say about that>

  • Schwarzenigger eh rob

  • no chance im doing it for 30 mins

  • Totally agrees to @06livefast here. Keep up your splendid work!

  • great vid rob

  • Are you trying to hide the bike; lol

  • great info! diffidently going to incorporate this in to my summer routine after I graduate.

  • Wow. I've been working waaayyyy too hard! So much information. Thanks Rob!!

  • haha this guy is awesome, when i spaced out he was like are you with me i was like yup

  • Rob, your videos have REALLY evolved in the sense of your hosting skills, you're confidence is insane! haha keep it up! :)

  • awesome video! he cleared up all my doubts about morning cardio!

  • Rob is my hero!

  • @Fitcruser93 no he's mine..

  • one thing though Rob, if you look at weight loss or calories burnt in a 24 hour time frame, then how does it matter what time you do cardio? shouldnt the emphasis only be on creating a deficit?

  • thanks for all the info and help Rob, u r awesome!, cant wait for the abs training info. keep the good work.

  • Revolutions pr. min? not Rotations pr. min ?

  • @Dupont2508 revolves arround

  • what do you think of swimming, is it a good efficient cardio in your opinion? thanks for the info!

  • @steelalx nope you cannot sweat :(

  • @TheMRamstaff what are you on about!!?? , of course you sweat when you swim haha, if your not you need to increase the intensity

  • @steelalx ment to say that your core temp is not as high , so its not as eficient :D

  • can't wait for the next vid. thank you :)

  • Cant believe all this free professional info
