it tries tobe a real life movie ie stuff that can happen irl exept the fact it isnt lol like when the dude blows a whistle sound through the phone for life time unlimited long distance lol...

or the whole way they actually got the people together....

in the end its a movie made for an older generation yah know? people that dont understand tech ect it be good if it tried tobe fansty but it doesnt it tries tobe real....

The movie is rubbish. It defies laws of physics.Trailer is misleading when it says that the core stalled as the result of destiny project . The name of Destiny project appears late during the movie as the last solution to restart the core

The earths crust is very quickly losing its gravitational balance as was shown in a documentary film CORE. Atomic explosions being experimented are destroying matter and making the Ozone layer disappear very quickly causing more global warming. Frequent volcanic eruptions are leading to new discoveries regarding the causes & effects of destruction of matter. But the man is wilder than he was. Instead of moving towards the global peace the war of supremacy is going on destroying earth quickly.

This movie is great. It is one of my favorite movies and I have watched it over and over. They make these movies because these are the types of concerns people have given 2012 and other things. This movie was excellent with top rate actors.

To Mollidew, It's nice to know that there is someone else out there who loves "the core"! .....one of the most under-rated films in recent years! GO THE CORE!!

@Mollidew i watched this movie in theators 4 times when it was out. then when i got the movie on tape i whore it out lol. its just that good! on top of the Christopher Young (music composer) is a friken genius!
