Ill show him how good I am by coming to work early and by finishing the reports 2 days before the due date and i will let him kiss my ass for always exerting a great performance at work. and in 3 months ill make sure that if he will not change how he handle his people ....i will have his job and that would change everything from negative to positive motivation and all..
