Brings back memories...Day of the tentacle, Sam & Max, UFO enemy unknown, Sea Legends, Heretic ,i used to play them on my ultra fast 586x 133 mhz 1MB ram video card :)

Heheh, I grew up with these kind of games and even if it sounds really really strange, but this kind of games evolved the PC to what it is today.

I mean the first VGA games at 640X480 256colors, ultra high res for that time, where adventure games.

I guess 1993 is the year you were born? I was born in 1977 so I lived through the whole revolution of the PC.

@toutagamon I think I know one of the best of that time "Day of the tentacle" hope its spelled right, (saw it on MTV games though ^^) never played it.

Yeah I was born in 1993, and my first PC I got with 5 years. It was a 33mhz procesor (turbo on XD, without turbo 25mhz) I dont remeber any other specs XD. I could play BATS, DAVE, Tom and Jerry on it XD. I was the king of the town. Then I got my supernintendo :D. OMG people were so jelous ^^ playin princ of persia the second game.

Than you must also remember the great times of Space Quest, Police Quest, King's Quest, Monkey Island, Leisure Suit Larry etc. I really liked those games. Funny to see how Monkey Island is all populair again. At the time I though these where the most amazing graphics I had ever seen.
