I've just bought a Smart Fortwo CDi, I thought I made a mistake at the first, so I borrowed my bro's car for some days, and he used the Smart, but when I used his car, I started missing the Smart more and more.. :)

I'm driving Smart since 2006. I've did 1200 km per weekend for 12 months and that was great. I love driving around in my smart.

And yes, it's true, the smart makes you smile, everytime you take your key, not only for a few weeks like other cars, for years and years...

Do you drive a gazoline or diesel smart?

Just bought a Smart 450 with 61HP. Great car for city driving, even if you're driving a lot of supercars.

Maybe I'll do some tuning on the engine and some upgrades on the stereo and interiour... :)

Hey Man, Im all with ya, My Smart Cdi just clocked 342.000 kms and it still runs like a dream. Dont let take any criticism from anyone because these cars great, they want you to drive it and you still get the quality from mercedes benz

Probably longer; the Diesel is pretty bad on maintenance. The new gas engine is dead simple.

If so, It is a big surprise because I'm told million times by ppls that diesel would last forever while gas engine only lasts 200000 at the max no more.

Did you just ever sit your butt in a smart car? A friend have cross the Canada with his smart car and an other one who went to Florida... where's the problem? For security, I did 2 roll over in mine last winter... I'm still here and my car needed 3 plastic body pannel and a windsheild. You must know what you'r talking about when you talk about smart car!! It's about it!!

Didnt know you called your Smart Nosedive. A name only a Smart owner would appreciate. I've had mine now just shy of a month. Would have loved to taken deliver of my Fortwo on 08 08 08. Just could not get away from work. In any case. I've learned a lot about 'how to drive' the auto stick. No kidding. Just realized I can shift manually from the stick... always used the paddles.Wish we had the CDI or the newest one that shuts down automaticaly @ stops... I never saw an Yaris owner smile.
