I do agree that the definition is done by exterminating the entire opposing team, but if you play 7v7. If you kill all them you'll still get an extermination at overkill and if you get them all you'll get Killamanjaro including 4 exterminations. Shit, you can get an extermination with just 1 opposing player if you get an overkill and so on.

no mate you just wont the extermination medal only comes up when you all of the team are dead at one point if you get a kilimanjaro and kill all of the team you will only get one exterm medal providing none of the players you killed have respawned its pretty confusing but after getting man multikills and exterms i understood
