@alvin2800 The only time you will ever have to pay real cash is when you buy your Nintendo game from the store. On Club Nintendo you only 'pay' for your reward order using the coins/points you earned from the surveys you unlock by registering your game, shipping is free. Though that's how it is for the North American Club Nintendo, and I see you live in Europe but it should still be the same, though you may have a different rewards in the catalog.
