  • Great video, 5 Stars!

  • Thanks for watching Henry.

  • Was a lovely day to see this!

    Like stepping back in time..

Nice vid, thanks for posting Hanglands!

  • Chers Gunner. A little slice of history. Was meant to be putting up my new weather satellite aerial, but as I couldnt find the righ brackets, I went to see this instead. I wouldve been sorry to miss this in anycase. Just wish my fingers were a bit warmer so's I couldve zoomed better. Pity it was just the one pass, but hey ho. Cheers for watching.

  • my youngest lad enjoyed this no end, great vid.

  • great clip, thanks for posting

  • Thanks for watching pveseywells

  • This is awesome, great perspective and you can only imagine how great it must have been years ago seeing these brilliant feats of machinery whizz up and down all day long. This really gives a good idea and it's like stepping back in time. I've tried to put a vid response. I don't think it's working but take a look via username, etc. Not great but still worth a look. Cheers.

  • Thanks mate. Your vid response is in place now.

  • Great shots! You should have been at Kings X What a mess the station management made of it! Tornado due on platform1, so we lined platform 2, then they put a train on 2, everyone rushed for platform 1 and a stampeed ensued. Must have been 10k people there!

  • Thanks for watching mate. Kings X sounds like a bitter experience. Glad I missed it. What a pity that after so much effort on an historical day, a little bit of leeway couldnt be given.

  • Shame it seems to be going so slowly - registered for 90mph and not allowed to! Was going about 20 on the slow line at Oakleigh Park

  • great shots where did you film this, is it to-day it goes south from York

  • Hi there, yes this was today, about 11:15 just about 3miles north of Peterborough station. Couldve been a better clip, but my fingers were too cold to operate the zoom properly!

  • still good shots

  • Many thanks.

  • That's Marholm crossing along Hurn Road. Did not know the footbridge is still there. We were further up near Helpston. Great stuff eh?

  • Thats right, Hurn Road footbridge. Yes, I only rediscovered it recently. I can remember cycling out there with my brother one summer in the early 80s when it was a functional crossing.

  • 5* great footage

  • Thanks mate. Had it up on Youtube within the hour... just! I filmed it in 16:9, I dont know quite why its come out in 4:3, Oh well.

  • Good video mate lovely in the snow. I get the same problem when I try to upload a 16:9 to You Tube. I get a squashed image in the 4:3 frame.
