I can't imagine someone can be asleep while getting a tattoo on their face, even if its a tiny little dot. It hurts badly on thin skin like on cheeks. Unless you are under the influence of something, I can't see being asleep for 53 stars. Which is why you have to sign a disclaimer before you get ink done. You can't be drunk or high because you can't make sound judgement calls which will AFFECT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
