I used to have a 03 cobra back in 03 and tunned it was fucking Fast! My 03 Cobra would beat the M6 I have now hands down.. but the M6 is nicer.. thats for sure handles like its on rails

I have an 08 335i with chip and intake...I have smoked cobra before, several times. Also, the BMW if you push and hold the traction control button for 5 seconds, it turns it off and it stays off for you guys that didn't know. thirdly, the mustang cobra, saleen, roush, and the beautiful Shelby series is an amazing car for the money. but I would not take one over my bimmer
@hyeline The 01-02 vs. 03-04 Cobras are completely different. I have an '07 335i sedan with a JB4 and an '08 Mustang that's supercharged. You will not be smoking 03-04 cobras.

But I've driven a 2011 5.0 and a 2011 M3, and the 5.0 is just so much more fun. I don't like a car that controls everything for you(cornering, launch control, etc.) My mustang, along with the newer ones have traction control and that's it, and i drive with that off lol.

The new toyota system is the worse by far, if you turn the traction control off it turns back on after you launch, it's supposed to be a safety feature. Some of the new VW's I drive won't even let you turn it off while you're moving.. Granted these aren't sports cars, and you don't really need to be treating the open road like it's a track, but everyone likes to have fun in their car once in a while.

@chrisair2112 Yeah, a stock 03'-04' Cobra with a pulley/exhaust/tune makes about 450+ whp depending on if the blower is ported. I'm not a Mustang fan at all, but Cobra's have been the best bang for the buck cars since Ford started selling them, you're not going to overpower a Termy that easily, they make massive amounts of torque and will skullfuck you with a torque jump especially from a low roll like that. Most races are in a straight line. But how often do you race compared to how often are you just driving? So when your just driving around it's good handling that gives you driving pleasure. Who cares about racing. It's how you feel in your car everyday. In this case, BMW all the way.
I can't believe I'm seeing all these negative comments about the cobra. The 03 Cobra is fast. Anyone that knows about the cars knows this. There are many car enthusiasts that hate domestics, but, many of them wouldn't mind owning an 03 Cobra because they how fast and rare they are. That's why the resale value of them are pretty high.

@ShabuufaJohnson the e92 335i dosnt need bolt on superchargers it comes with twin turbos this was prob and earlier model and even then the superchargers for the older 335i which is not twin turbo its n/a runs the same as a supercharger for a ford mustang.

I have an 08 335i with chip and intake...I have smoked cobra before, several times. Also, the BMW if you push and hold the traction control button for 5 seconds, it turns it off and it stays off for you guys that didn't know. thirdly, the mustang cobra, saleen, roush, and the beautiful Shelby series is an amazing car for the money. but I would not take one over my bimmer

But I've driven a 2011 5.0 and a 2011 M3, and the 5.0 is just so much more fun. I don't like a car that controls everything for you(cornering, launch control, etc.) My mustang, along with the newer ones have traction control and that's it, and i drive with that off lol.

The new toyota system is the worse by far, if you turn the traction control off it turns back on after you launch, it's supposed to be a safety feature. Some of the new VW's I drive won't even let you turn it off while you're moving.. Granted these aren't sports cars, and you don't really need to be treating the open road like it's a track, but everyone likes to have fun in their car once in a while.

@chrisair2112 Yeah, a stock 03'-04' Cobra with a pulley/exhaust/tune makes about 450+ whp depending on if the blower is ported. I'm not a Mustang fan at all, but Cobra's have been the best bang for the buck cars since Ford started selling them, you're not going to overpower a Termy that easily, they make massive amounts of torque and will skullfuck you with a torque jump especially from a low roll like that. you people are terrible. that's definitely an 03 cobra, do your homework. they respond REALLY well to bolt-ons let alone supercharger upgrades, so it's no wonder it took off the way it did.

@nascrchi actually if you listen closely, right when it hits 0:25 you can hear a whine....just a short burst though because he jumps on it, gets ahead, lets off then jumps in it again...definitely supercharged though...

@nascrchi clearly an 03/04 rear bumper chin spoiler ducktail, front bumper, and hood are all 03/04 and yes there is a whine you just can't hear it when you're behind the car. check my vids i own one too bud

ya a but like i said a touring car doesnt make it a race car I consider a f1 a race car or a car with a wheelie bar on it not a mid 13 sec car stock a race car.Also like i said before usually a race car wins at something which 3 series bmws havent to my knowledge haha

Wrong BMW are race cars that 335i is a twin turbo inline 6, Give it a chip and some pipes and it runs 11- low 12's. Not only that but it would drive circles around that thing on a track. thats what bmw's are meant for not monkey stomp on gas and go straight.

In America maybe, but they use 330's in pretty much all touring cars and Junior Le Manns races here in europe. There isnt one car out there that isnt used in some form of motor racing in europe.
