depends there, a typical barefoot boat is going to be in the realm of 200+ hp but in a larger boat, and will get somewhere over 50 mph.

For your weight you don't need that sort of speed, but an inflatable boat is not going to be the sort of boat that will get enough speed. And where will you attach your tow line?

Best bet is to find a school that has a boom, and get some instruction.
