  • no one wears "under armour clothing" only show offs... So thumbs up guys, not for detailing what people see, for what you do. Make sense if you think about it for making a video

  • Um, I don't really have any arm strength at all. And I never have been able to do push ups or pull ups. What can I do to build arm stregth???

  • @Turtlgurl96 If you can't do full-on pushups, try pushups from your knees. If you can't do those, then try knee pushups against a couch or some other raised surface. Optimally, you want to be on an angle where you can only do 10 or so before you're pretty tired. Try to do 2 sets a few minutes apart once every other day. It might feel weird to do knee pushups against a raised surface, but it uses the same muscles. When I started I couldn't do a single pushup, and I can now do 50 so keep at it.

  • Going lower than 90 is actually better. Called ATG (Ass to Ground) sqauts. Works your legs much better.

  • @alcaknight - yeah but lower screws with your knees which u will feel later on in life trust me, not worth it.

  • Wall sits are an isometric exercise. I wouldn't think that would move over to tricking as well as say....a dead lift would. I'm not an expert, but my gymnastics coach agrees with me that wall sits, for tumbling isn't the best way to go.

  • a good way to build calf muscles are just lifting one leg to your other ankle hieght and keep jumping, it gets painful but just alternate feet and do it until you really can't jump anymore but great tutorials, you guys rock
