Not Great Ehh? Not Really Fast.. You Lack Alot Of Strat & You Get Hit Far Too Much, But You're Good Thought. Using Thunder Chip Against Harpuia is really a Bad Idea, I Could Beat Him With My Default HP, No Damages & without using Sub Tanks at all. Sorry There, Bud.
Don't listen to the morons on the Gamefaqs forums, they pretty much like to bash on everyone they see fit.
You're a bit too slow on dodging, which is why you get hit a lot. You don't seem to be familiar with the stage and the boss. You used the Thunder chip on Harpy, which is good if you want a challenge, but the point of elemental chips is to use the enemy's weakness against them. Harpuia's weakness is ice.
My advice is: practice practice practice, you'll get better.

I dindnt have the charge for the ice chip anyway, so there was no way I could use it.
