Basically, most ground missions are mostly nearly linear: walk, more enemies, shoot, repeat... and your allies are bone stupid: They will literally stand still on a plasma fire.
But later missions, like the ones involving the Remans, are excellent, complete with cover, hard to see pinch points, and high points great for sniping. If there is a gap, you can shoot into it.

You play it you get bored you stop for a bit then you get the urge to play again. It's one of those kind of games. I like it a lot.

2. The games are better
3. Star Fleet officers can not pull people's arms off with their hands
