I live in Denmark and I very like to be here. But they forgot to say that many of the danes are racists. I don't say that all of them are racists and I understand that some of them dont like immigrants because they dont behave good in Denmark or they breaking the laws, but many dane still overreact and think that every muslim/immigrant are criminals or bad people that's is why there almost are a lot who hate/despite them. There is only one thing wrong with Denmark, it will not let danes who migrated as children with their parents move back to Denmark with their spouses. I had no say in being removed from my homeland now I want to return with my English born husband, but no he has to wait 4 years before its possible, at our age we cannot wait that long. The very idea of making surveys for 'happiness' is a retarded concept. According to psychology and simplified biology, the 'happiness' of people always seeks towards a middle-ground. If you win a million in the lottery tomorrow, you'll be very happy, but in a year, your level of happiness will decline to a middle-ground status.
Basically, Denmark and other well-secured countries will win, as there will be fewer 'abnormalities' in the survery, as the status of people don't change dramatically.

@MprLarsen Happiness is a feeling that comes from within. It gives you pursuit to be helpful and thoughtful towards others. People in Denmark are generally very isolated, cold, and you rarely see anyone smiling or helping out anyone on the streets. That is not happiness.
The argument with low ambitions is bullshit. I am going for a Ph.d which requires very high ambitions. I know that several of my fellow students are doing the same. The old man is clearly wrong in his speech.

So what you have is a minority slaving for the majority without consent. If they refuse, they are put in jail.
When you applaud "free stuff", remember that it is only "free" because someone else was threatened with jail to fund it.

I came here on vacation and I've seen things that won't be in Poland for next 20 years. I'm just 14 and I'm planning on moving here and learning the language after i learn German. Denmark has many female directors, politicians and store managers, but there is no equilibrium of ethnic on the labor market and in parliament, it is shocking to see they have introduced affirmative action in the system...
It's unfair to see so many high educated ethnic from Denmark, who can not get a job at the expense of their skin color el. origin, we see more Danish residents move to U.S. and UK leaving Denmark a bad reputation!

Okay, i don't get what all people have against Denmark? :-) I was born and raised here, and i couldn't be happier. Now, it's fair enough that you guys don't think that Denmark is the best country in the world, but i don't get why you are so hateful.
I'm not saying it IS the best country in the world, but people here are definately happy. I can assure you that :-)
