It's not the same note for note. Break it down NOTE-FOR-NOTE and you'll see it's not the same. Yes is sounds similar, but similar isn't stealing, I'm sure it's coincidental.

The vocal for the chorus of "Skeleton Boy" is the same vocal as the chorus from "You're Not Alone" by Olive
