I have two children, and I can't imagine the pain of losing either of them. The thought is enough to make me cry. God bless those who do have to live with that pain.
We lost our seven year old son fours years ago. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of him. It was the hardest thing that I ever had to do. But, I'm here to say that if you have The Lord on your side you can get through it. I would love to have him here with us. God Bless to all of those who have lost a child no matter how old they are. In the end The Lord only gave them to us to borrow for awhile. I love and miss you Our Little Man.

my cousin just died a few hours ago.. it was too sudden... she had long fever that lasted a month with no definite diagnosis.. also low white cell count, they sent her home as if everything is ok.. but then suddenly after 2 days, she was gone..........

Today my sisters co-workers daughter was hit by a car and killed when she was ridding her bike. Her 7th birthday, I feel so bad for Mandy! :( Poor baby girl.
It's going to be a sad day tomorrow for those for those families of the 4 boys who were killed last Saturday by a Drunk Driver. They will be remembered but not forgotten.
9 days ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy my water broke because of an infection the doctor had no idea why. I heard his heartbeat 2 days prior to having him, it's devastating knowing he didn't have a chance. he looked just like his daddy.

This song came out when my daughter Anna spent a month in Devos Children's Hospital. Our hometown hospital transferred her after a week, they could not help her. She was 5 months, I never left her side. This was our life starting at one week old.. Now, she is a beautiful healthy, soon to be 8 year old girl. This song chokes me up, but reminds me to be GRATEFUL for everyday, every smile, every chance I get to tuck her in, every diva moment she has, and every second we get to share together.

She is only seven and she's at the hospital right now suffering from dengue fever and her grandma told me that she isn't responding much for recovery. This song reminds me of my five year old niece. She was just diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (a rare type of bone cancer). They only discovered it because she fell off her mom's couch and broke her ankle. The doctors had to put in a Central Line. Thankfully the cancer hasn't spread. But she is currently up for over a year of chemotherapy. She is a beautiful girl. This could turn bad at any moment... Yet, she is always optimistic and she is very brave. Even on earth, she is an angel.

@watwatna please don't be mean. Every little girl wants to marry her daddy, that is why they are little girls. Obviously if a teenager wanted to marry her daddy that wouldn't make sense. Daddies should be hero's to thier little girls, the greatest, strongest role models in thier lives. They grow out of it but I would rather my little girl want to marry her daddy instead of thinking of boys. Kids are growing up to fast, let them have thier dreams.

My Best friend was killed an a hit and run when we were 11 and this song always hits so close to home when I listen to this song because I remember when she died I was praying one night and asked god to please make sure that he gave her a good angel to be her best friend since I couldn't see her anymore. My wife and i had a very dear friend named angie griego who was taken in a car accident, this song was played at her funeral. She was hit head on by another driver late at night, her sister and 2 friends were in the car, she was ejected and died at the scene. My cousin was in a car accident when she was 7 and was in intensive care for 3 months...her younger sister was killed instantly because she was wearing a seatbelt in the car. Gosh I...can't even listen to this entire song...My younger sister was diagnosed with cancer at age 6. After defeating it twice (it kept coming back), she was finally diagnosed with a glioblastoma and passed away at age 11. To those who have not lost family members, please cherish them while you can.

I love this song........My grandson Zack was dx with Hepatoblastoma at the age of 27 months in February of 2002. My daughter was pregnant with her second child at the time. Jake was born July of the same year. Zack lost his battle, 5 weeks before his 3rd birthday.........Jake was almost 3 months. This song reminds me of my five year old niece. She was just diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma (a rare type of bone cancer). They only discovered it because she fell off her mom's couch and broke her ankle. The doctors had to put in a Central Line. Thankfully the cancer hasn't spread. But she is currently up for over a year of chemotherapy. She is a beautiful girl. This could turn bad at any moment... Yet, she is always optimistic and she is very brave. Even on earth, she is an angel.

i know this comment is irrelavent but i just recently came back from this national guard youth challenge bootcamp. and they had a cadet there who sang this at our talent show. and when she sang this the entire company went completly silent. which is hard to do with us. but it was such a touching song that alot of people shed tears

This song asks a lot of questions that you ask. I watched mine in the icu for 16 days until we had to make the choice to end the life support. And many of the question she asks in this song I asked myself.

Daddies should be hero's to thier little girls, the greatest, strongest role models in thier lives. A little girl that I watched grow up down the street from me died last year. She got hit by a car three days after her birthday.. I still miss her and wish I could see her bright cheery smile at the bus stop.

I did, I had brain surgery at 3 and 1/2. Ongoing medical problems since then, but most of the time, i'm a regular 15 year old girl, with a boyfriend and friends. I have flares, i have monthly doctor appointments, and i have many surgeries. it's never stopped me before, nor will it now:)

My Best friend was killed an a hit and run when we were 11 and this song always hits so close to home when I listen to this song because I remember when she died I was praying one night and asked god to please make sure that he gave her a good angel to be her best friend since I couldn't see her anymore. I have a baby niece her name is Jillian. She is 8 yrs old and has CF and Lukiemia, and now a fungus in her lungs. Everytime I hear this song I cry, cause I know how sick Jillian is, it just makes me think about the moms out there who has lost a child. I will hold my daughter a little tighter tongiht. I will cherish her even more. An acquaintence of mine lost her daughter a little over a month and a half ago from SIDS at five months. Our daughters were only two weeks different in age. We have so little time we have with them. I cherish every second of every minute of every day. To all the little angel babies who are too young to cross the streets of heaven by themselves. May they all have angels holding their hands as they journey from here.

i lost my little girl after 6 years of fighting almost 3 years ago, this song was played at her funeral. it's a very special song, may god bless every family that this song hits on a personal note
