@EnVyMyMp5, I agree with you as far as music having meaning. I make indie hip hop and my group has conscious material as well as fun and abstract raps. Flobots are talented, and though I don't think they should totally abandon their political/peace music, I would like to see them have more fun.

@smitty6one A message, sure. But I believe Bots are trapping their creativity and appeal by recycling anti-establishment material. And how much it's considered "doing their part" is highly debatable.

The song gets good when the hook comes around. It makes you want to jump and wild, but then anti-war lyrics zap all the fun out of the song. I agree with @MADCARNAGE, girl on the violin does her thing.

IT's just so hard to enjoy a Flobot song or album without getting bored with their preachy, anti-establishment content and lyrics. It's like, do these cats ever have a god time?
