@davidchen128 yeah, ZGL's super offense is awesome, but it's hard to master(see my comment on his video).

Heavy Weapon charge40 c3 Lu Bu is definitely tier1 since I don't see any consistency issues. Taishi Ci is also tier1 since musou rage can easily take care of multiple officers, at least I think that. Pang De and Zuo Ci each have their own consistency issues, so they just aren't as good as those 3. If you see any consistency issues with Lu Bu and Taishi Ci, inform me.

@dw5chaosfan Why don't you consider an expert's skill of maximizing all characters. Why don't you just refer average stage completion time in the same stage. eg) If ZGL and Lu Bu play Battle of Wuzhang Plain in chaos mode, ZGL is faster!!! What I said is Officer Killing Tier List. Sure, Lu Bu is superior against multi, but not common scenario. Also, Pang De and Zuo Ci are tier 2 since they don't waste the musou strike and they are fast fillers.

What's the point in winning Chaos Mode if it's done like this might I ask?

Spamming the C3 and musou for the entire battle, not something I'd call fun, and if already maxed and not bothering with equipment, also pointless.

Xia Pi Chaos mode is my favourite battle, but rushing through it and just spamming the same sort of combos is just boring, should mix it up a little...

At any rate, impressive, didn't know you could kill them that quickly in Chaos mode O.o

Although the focus isn't entertainment, I do realize that entertainment value is important even for audiences that are following the videos solely for tier list purposes. WO videos are good examples of where I've shown a few times the maximized gameplay, I'll mix things up and use other moves.

this is because the move mechanics is gradual. The attack stems from the center and radiates outwards. The AI only blocks at the execution of the attack and only at that moment. So if you position your character far enough from the blocking officer, you'll successfully hit the blocking officer, because he/she'll have actually stopped blocking. This works for all other attacks that are similar in this nature.

However, I don't know how much damage those shockwave hits do, so I don't know how useful this is.

we all know that lu bu is a killer,he is very powerful so in my opinion theres no much need for defense,though he can receive insane damage in chaos,theres nothing to worry about..i dont care much about defense..my fighting style is focus on attack,speed and musou,just in the respective order,however,some characters REALLY need defense

you're still being extremely vague with proving your point. You need to give some examples and a detailed comparison between performance with Defense and with Speed, and pros and cons. Actually if it's one that should be taken out of his weapon it should be Life instead of Defense, or even Fill for that matter.

Keep in mind before you try to formula your argument, that the recommendation of Life and Defense is to allow him the ability to sacrifice life for a maxed out offense.

that's true too haha, the thing is having speed bonus is definitly good, but def and life r better, in my mind def always comes first. lubu with def bonus can take more hits and avoid leading and finding food and all those bs, since he doesnt flinch with heavy he can just be a beast and enter crowd abusing his moves getting scratches here and there, without def and life bonus that'd be difficult and with heavy sometimes leading is required. in this case def is much better than speed

adding to my point are also the difficulty level of the newer games. Warriors Orochi had one-hit C1s and shit. i got disappointed and bored when i slide through 8-X stages spamming Diao Chan's C1. sure there're other characters that involve abit of skill and combo, but damn "Bolt" is a gay element in that game.

hmmm well anyway, this stage obviously shows strong officers right from the start, even though all three Musou Rages are here. The ultimate point for Lu Bu and his Top Tier placement is, other than Zhuge Liang and Pang De, no other character can come close to the same display of offense. Sun Jian and Yuan Shao might come close, but they'll have limitations when facing all those mounted officers, and massive crowds. Ling Tong's distance one to consider.
