The CP9 arc is the best arc of any anime. It's so freaking dramatic with the whole ordeal of Usopp leaving and Robin bein all depressed and all, and it had some incredibly intense fights. I liked this arc because it had so much character development, and an epic story.

Tekkai has it's limits.

It isn't just "Tekkai" and now he can withstand nuclear bombs. He simply takes a tense stance and hopes that he will absorb the impact well.

Soru is a technique to move quickly... so if Luffy (like Zoro and Sanji proven later) can see the user they can plan attacks for when they have slowed or even attack when they are zooming around.

You are pretty correct.

Captain Kuro used a similar technique but he wasn't adept enough to actually see who he was attacking. Besides that he is probably alot slower than these guys simply from physical strength.

Luffy could see the guy, the guy was inefficient and hitting walls, his pirates and stuff rather than a weak point of Luffy's.

Yeah, Luffy could smash him as he is zooming partly as Kuro couldn't control his speed and use it probably.

@thelastgogeta Actually, when they do Tekkai, they reach their consciouss into their body and harden it. It has nothing to do with just tensing their muscles. Also, if you read about rubber, it has peculiar affects if mixed with certain things. I'm sure Franky or Choppa will find it and it will make Luffy 500 times stronger. Not to mention that the Dark King Rayleigh will teach Luffy how to use his HAKI. Which will make him OVER 9000!! times stronger.

I can't find any thing in my post which denies how you see Tekkai but there is also nothing in the manga which confirms it.

The rest of your post is about your hopes that Franky or Chopper learn it, I don't think Franky needs it being honest, he is iron already and rebuilding himself... And it doesn't make you invincible as it is. Only one character in the whole set can MOVE with the technique.

We will see if Luffy learns Haki from Rayleigh. Coby has promise as well and knows.

If you check the One Piece Wikia, there are more than 10 techniques relating to Tekkai but none are a "second form", as Lucci and other CP9 members have shown. The stronger the user and more skilled at a technique they are, even the lesser Tekkai will do well.

I assume you meant "Tekkai Go" which took Jet Bazooka by "second form" but it isn't so clean and cut with first and second and all even if "Tekkai Go" is more awesome.
