I would like to see at least one attempt from somebody in the fishing industry to prove their methods are remotely sustainable and why they beleive it's a good idea to contantly rip the biggest and the best from the ocean ensuring these genetics will disappear forever.
This is why Massachusetts lobster fishing sucks, because there are no regulations to keep these large lobster genetics in the water breeding. In Maine you have to throw them back. Don't cry when there are no more lobsters in Mass waters.
u do even know the difference between a lobster and a crayfish, U dumbass, a crayfish IS a lobster but its like the midget version of lobster and that my friend, IS a freakin lobster. know your stuff, the only kind of crayfish they ever sell you are the ones 2 to 3 inches or more, not a freaking 1 footer
And here I am, down here in the freakin' swamps of Louisiana, and the only the only they have here, maybe is 5 inches total length! After growing up on the Cape in the 60's (OtisAFB), I guerss that I can actually say-there is no comparison to the rest of the GD world, to Cape Cod!
they dropped to 3 bucks a pound in cape breton now, the economy is fucked and all the buyers arent buying them now, it was on the news lastnight, there gettin to many to quick down here, they just cant get rid of them....
Australian lobsters are better, you eat them stir fried with ginger and shallot coked in a wok, the best, there are no claws on our ones, the meat is mostly in the tail
American lobster sucks, unless its fro Maine cuz they got the same lobster as the maritimes
