  • I think its a Kick in the Aaaaaa! Awesome! but I do understand about the kangaroo and all. perhaps it will get placed in a future film with Adam Sandler.lol

  • i saw this the other day and had no idea Rock afire Explosion was in it. It was pretty neat to see, and I wondered if it was a fans robot set. I kind of figured it would be fanprograms.

  • Uh..... wow. The things people do for money!

  • (LOL) The irony... a gorilla singing a song for a kangaroo. This made me laugh lots. =D =D =D

  • this is also from Big Daddy.

  • Did Adam Sandler record the voice for this song?

  • Is this an actual song or is it a song that was made up for the movie?

  • @grnwdsj I'm not sure. I know that Sandler used this song in his movie, "Big Daddy", and I thought he was going to let this song continue to be a running gag in his movies, but if you didn't even get to hear the song in the final cut, then, I guess the running gag didn't have a head of steam. It was actually a pretty funny idea, but someone in editing decided different.

  • Where was it filmed? Where did the Rock-afire Explosion characters come from in the movie shoot?

  • @showbizpizzablog These characters are the characters I have been preparing for the upcoming road tour, so they came from my warehouse and it was filmed just outside of L.A.

  • @fanprograms what tour?

  • @showbizpizzablog the Tour with Muck Sticky if I remember hearing right

  • So this is going to be IN the new movie!??

  • @pizzacam I'm told that the characters are only seen in the background while the actors are talking, but I haven't seen the movie myself.

  • Great exposure in the film, but man! Am I glad that the RAE is so much cooler than that!

  • @retrocyn Right..but it only shows what I'm willing to do for enough money..lol

  • @fanprograms Hey, I think it's hilarious! I'm glad, though, that the RAE never went down that road. It's a dark and scary place!

  • @retrocyn Spoken like someone who knows. Been there?

  • @fanprograms way too many years in Early Childhood centers listening to Barney.

  • @fanprograms just glad you dodged that bullet!

  • @retrocyn Whose dodging? I'm open to offers. Hey, do you think after the Superbowl they might like to have Billybob sing the National Anthem?

  • @fanprograms That would rock. And Billy Bob would know the words!

  • @retrocyn I guess it's like any actors who play a role. Sometimes it's different than their actual personna in real life. So, the RAE played a cheesy band like you might see in any entertainment center other than Showbiz Pizza Place.

  • @fanprograms Yeah, kind of like Fonzie playing Steve Urkel.

  • Slowly taking over the WORLD! Keep up the good work!

  • @kidrilo Yea..let's rule the world again! I need all you guys to unite and help. We just need to get the demand up enough to warrant visiting your city with a kick ass show.

  • Love it. Too bad we didn't get to hear the band sing in the film, but was great to see the Rock-Afire in the movie!

  • sweet :D

  • First it was being the back-ground band in a official-music video, and now they are getting a small bit a real movie-theater movie. They are definetly going places. Ever thought you'd see them get this big back when they were just doing showbiz pizza places?

  • Even though I'm happy for you and you animatronic band, that kangaroo song gets annoying real quick. :p lol

  • @NukeMayhem82 Right! Good thing t's only a few seconds long. However, Athena absolutely loved this song! And, when I talk for her, this is the voice I use..Kind of dumb..Kind of Uncle Klunkish..But, I programmed it, and loaded the characters up in a trailer and drove them Hollywood so they could be in an Adam Sandler movie. It's like nothing the rock-afire stands for. But, they were just acting like cheesy animated characters in an entertainment center.

  • @NukeMayhem82 I've always dreamed that they would become a "real" band with real songs, originals, hit records, movie deals, etc. Just because it's taken more than 3 decades to get a glimpse at this dream doesn't phase me. I just had to wait until all you kids grew up to give them the chance. Your parents didn't get it.
