  • Dark Knight is much better than batman begins. BB sucked ass.

  • no words can describe my feelings now ,thanxxxxxxxx from egypt

  • Catwoman, The Joker, The Penguin, The Riddler, and Two-Face disliked this video!

  • THUMBS UP FOR "THE ARRIVALS " show

  • hans zimmer is everywhere when i look for movie soundtracks what a genius

  • I consider this Morgan Freemans theme tune

  • CAN I GET THUMB UP FOR NOTHING !!

  • thumbs up if Farhan Khan brought you here! :D

  • This and Dark Knight are the best soundtracks ever

  • @Sermonized747 Dark Knight is far superior to this shitty movie.

    Heath Ledger owns.

  • @themenaceanish id say they were both amazing, in my opinion

  • @BobbZzz01 Only Dark Knight is, BB was a huge borefest.

  • @themenaceanish BB moves on a little slow than tdk, but its still a great movie, it has more story to tell than tdk due to fact that is the start of Batman hence the the word "begins". I love both movies, BB for its spiritual side and TDK for its action!

  • @themenaceanish Thats because youre not a batman fan, any real batman fan will enjoy begins period.

  • @TopL4m3r No I'm a fan of good movies. Batman Begins was not a good movie. The Dark Knight however was pure awesome.

The action scenes sucked in Batman Begins, you could barely see what was going on. Plus the first hour was sooooo boring but it did sort of redeem itself when we Batman first appears. But overall its a piece of shit.

  • @themenaceanish You sound like a moron dude. Your comment was void of logic. "Der I like explosions and fast pacing so I can pay attention with my short attention span, because I can't grasp character development."

  • @themenaceanish you sound like you have very simple taste in movies which is perfectly fine, and at times i too like movies of that nature but in my opinion batman begins is about far more than the action scenes, the soundtrack, the character of bruce wayne himself, and how he changes throughout the movie are more important i think.

  • *raises lighter in the air* Long live Batman Begins!

  • you know what else hans zimmer made? "Spider Pig spider pig does whatever a spider pig does" haha he really is great

  • 3:51-4:26 is played when Rachel gives Bruce his birthday present. Finders Keepers.

  • Pretty sure anyone who listens to this soundtrack is invincible.. Or at least feels like it.

  • @DoubleOCJ same here................

  • makes me feel good & ready to pick a fight lol

  • all batman soundtracks are amazing to listen

  • love it

  • Oh man to a superhero..

  • 2:35 I gonna build my own superhero armor.

  • This is excelent if you want to face an army by yourself !

  • Whats the song when Alfred save batman from the burning building in the first movie? I can't find it anywhere! I mean the soundtrack name????

  • epic song, love the ending

  • Batman is awesome... Everyone says that Superman would own batman and yeah,,, he prolly would,,, but Batman is more realistic and has a fantastic story! Where as Superman... He's too over powered and last good movie from superman was Superman 1... IMO

  • @thecapone45 The comics already put this to rest. Batman and Superman did indeed fight at one point, and Batman won. He weakened Superman with a piece of kryptonite that he kept on him should the need ever arise where they would have to fight. So, like most of his opponents, Batman bested Superman's powers with his ingenuity.

  • @KeizerXilian thatsjust how the bat does his thing. He is a human being with a drive for justice and he uses state of the art technology and yes ingenuity. I absolutely favor batman! =)

  • @KeizerXilian

Goes to show that brains > brawn. Eat that Superman.

  • @NyxFTW Well, brains and money.

  • @KeizerXilian - so did Luthor in an episode in Justice League, when all the superpowered villains confronted him.. he had all their weaknesses in his belt, and forced Dr Polaris to his knees, saying: "Anyone else wanna challenge me?" lol

  • @DemiathDoomhammer DUDE rmeber when they brought back Hitler!

  • @thecapone45 Cryptonite. That is all.

  • Hans Zimmer is a great componist! I rlly think the batman music fits with the film, btw batman owns the people with the guns =]

  • the songs name is from the greek word νυχτερίδα which meens bat

  • @Theoharisford all are a genus of bat

  • George Clooney, Val Kilmer, Adam West, and Micheal Keaton all disliked this video.

    @rocknrollprincess616

    Don't forget Michael Giachinno.

  • George Clooney, Val Kilmer, Adam West, and Micheal Keaton all disliked this video.

  • Does anyone know the song that plays after this?

Falcone: What the hell are you?

    Batman: I'm Batman

  • 3:54-To end Moment of sadness

  • What were those 4 people thinking?

  • @andrewa714 I think they made a Joke.

  • epic

  • From 2:34 on...pure epicness!

  • i stand looking down as this faded away into memories....come back to me.

  • @elementalwiz Nobuo Uematsu does the music for final fantasy. And I have to agree. A lot of the music that goes with the story is very moving. Hans Zimmer rates tops on my list of composers. The Next is John Williams, then Danny Elfman, and I think the last for me is Alan Silvestri. I'm sure others are on that list, I just can't think of them right now. Anyway, Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard's collaboration is masterful on both soundtracks.

  • the fact that each song is a bat species just blows my fucking mind.........really.......like omg........crying yet again with every one of these songs

  • My imagination works pretty well when I listen to. I love this bass.

  • @122mila

    OCRAM: Same here.

  • Hans Zimmer is 52 years old. Goes to show, with Age comes Experience. And you wonder why so many hate Justin Bieber.

  • where is the soundtrack where he is in the batcave and faces his feas???

  • @neyo509

I think it's "Barbastella", but I'm not perfectly sure.

  • @StriderEstel You are right, I checked and it's a part of "Barbastella."

  • @neyo509 I think thats the Main Titles theme

  • Love....this....soundtrack!!!

  • @elementalwiz i agree but there's also john williams and for this song it kinda sounds like mgs4 to me.

  • 0:53 Best Part

  • @edhardy617 ok thanks

  • @elementalwiz Totally agree. Hans Zimmer is a great composer. I love final fantasy music too. The emotion and the way they open a part of your mind. It creates a story with each peice of music. True masterpeices.

  • i dont remember this song from the movie. can anyone point it out from which scene its from?

  • @DrDK144 The beginning of the track is from when Bruce meets Lucius. The middle theme is from when Bruce tests out his acquired gadgets and gets ready for his first mission as the Batman. I'm too lazy to figure out the last part.

  • @FrigginAceOfClubs The last part is when Bruce is talking to Rachel just before she's about to meet Crane at Arkham. She gives Bruce a present which has that weird stone thing and a note saying ''Finders Keepers''. :)

  • @americanpsycho28 its a flint arrow head off a hunter gatherers arrow =]

  • The music which starts at 00:41 is the same style as Zimmers theme for Rain Man

  • This is one of the best soundtracks ever made. I think star wars is overated. Hans Zimmer is my hero!

  • Man this song is so good and perfect. It passes all the solitude present in Gotham, I would love to be listening it while reading some Old Batman or Lovecraft tales :).

I never 10/10 nothing before, this will be the first.

  • The first song, "Vespertilio", is the Latin word for bat, and the rest of the songs are different species of bats.

  • Technically they're different "genera" of bats. Nycteris, Corynorhinus, etc. are all genus names. That's really interesting how he did that.

  • there is only one word that can describe batman and that is JUSTICE

  • well I don't think hans zimmer could call all the tracks JUSTICE. It'll be a bit confusing

  • Don't forget VENGENCE and the NIGHT.

  • Hell yeah! :D

  • Actually this is Latin...In Greek it's ''Nyxterida''

  • ''Nycteris'' means ''Bat'' in Greek..

  • cool epic / immediate music!. I can feel the Bass effect.

  • Batman has got one of the best soundtracks in the film industry hands down. I trully think that the soundtrack in Batman is better than one of the most highly rated soundtracks ever, Star wars (:S).

  • I'm sick of the star wars theme, seriously hans zimmer produced better themes than that.

  • ^_^

  • Hans Zimmer. The GOD of Soundtracks!!!!

  • @11511914 :S

  • Who knows the name of the song that plays when Ducard is trying to find Bruce among the armored men when their trainging. I love the music after Bruce opens the chest and his fear comes out. Tryin to find it.

  • I came accross that song but I didnt take note of the name....

  • i found it, its called macrotus

  • This song is so sad! But very, very beautiful! Magnificent!

  • EVERY ONE OF THE SONG NAMES IS LATIN FOR A SPECIES OF BAT!!!! i think i just jizzed..my inner fanboy has been overloaded.

  • ^_^

  • thank you, `til now i was wondering what the hell howard and zimmer wanted to say...i`m learning latin inschool, but this expressions...never heard of them before^^ so thank you thank you thank you

  • Wow, JURGMANDR. I was wondering why the song tittles were so peculiar and looked Italian. Thought they were just being operatic. It really fits. It is operatic. Brillant idea.

  • I was wondering where all these words were coming from...!

  • These are names of different types of bats...

  • @JURGMANDR That's so fucking epic!

  • @JURGMANDR The bat thing ofc... not u jizzing...

  • @JURGMANDR you just noticed

  • @JURGMANDR: not only that, heheheh. the first letters of tracks 4 thru 9 spell the name batman

  • @JURGMANDR Actually Nycteris comes from Nycterida (Νυχτερίδα-Nycterida (modern greeks ) ) Greek name means Bat .... Nycteris is a more ancient way to say bat .

  • @JURGMANDR nycteris is the greek name

  • @JURGMANDR Not only that, but the first 6 tracks on the disc spell out "BATMAN" if you look at the first letters.

  • @JURGMANDR also the first letter from tracks 4 to 9 spell batman ! :D

  • awesome music....way cool!!!

  • hahaha you guys are f in nutz.. Sit back, smoke a dubbie, and listen to this great music

  • couldn't have said it better...though ill replace smoking with some good drinkin of tea ^_^ ~ whatever works for the individual haha

  • lol same here

  • I'd find this music too sketchy & intense 2 be smokin a blifter

  • I lol'd @ your comments :P you are hear for the song not for intellect :P

  • What's the song that has the two-note Brass bit that plays at like 3:20, but has it multiple times in a row in a really loud brass crescendo?

  • whoa, that is really cool

  • The names are the names of bats...

  • whats with all the weird song names? : /

  • i think they might be the latin names of breed of bats or something stupid like that

  • Latin isn't stupid. It's far superior to Spanish.

  • In what way is Latin superior to Spanish or any other language from nowadasy? In Latin there are no words for things men have invented after the Roman Empire. Or to put it a better way: you can say everything in Spanish/Italien/English/German what you are saying in Latin, but you cannot say everything in Latin what you are sayin in Spanish/Italian/English/German etc. So in which way is Latin superior to a modern language like Spanish?

  • Latin is an entirely logical language that lacks the exceptions that most modern languages have, and it is completely phonetic. The fact that it is no longer an active language that is still evolving, does not eliminate the fact that it is the greatest language ever spoken. In fact, the evolution of modern languages is more like a devolution, as they become less rational as they develop. Latin's greatness is eternal, while active languages keep getting more absurd.

  • First look up phonetic. What you say regarind phonetic doesn't make any sense at all. Then you argue because Latin has more a "logical syntax" it is superior to modern languages? Dude, because of the "logic" grammar you thin so highly of Latin is such a useless language. Especially when it comes to German or any other language with a strong lyrical component you see how INFERIOR Latin is to such languages. And in which way active languages are becoming more absurd?

  • LOL! Do you know anything about linguistics, or are you just bashing Latin because it's not Deutsch?

  • Sorry, but I have the "Großes Latinum" (= Big Latinum in engl.) and I'm not bashing Latin, you were the one who started to compare languages and after I asked you in wich way Latin is superior you weren't able to give real reasons why. May I ask you how many languages you are speaking? I speak Polish (born in Poland), German (grew up in Germany), English (5th - 13th grade), French (7th- 10th grade) and have the big Latinum (becaus of my High School aka. Abitur). I'm not bashing anything.

  • Conituation:

It's just that you sayed something without any reason. And then even comparing Latin to Spanish. You know that Spanish is like Italian, French a romance language and is based on Latin? You know that we have in our languages a lot adopted from Latin? But the active Languages have evolved. And when you think they have become more absurd, than it's your opinion, but then it is just a opinion. It's a fact that you can't translate everything into Latin because of grammer AND vocabulary

  • Five years of Latin, three years of German, a lifetime of English, self taught Welsh and Danish.

I gave perfectly valid reasoning for my stance. You're the one who tried to counter it with completely irrational nonsense that's patently false, because you're trying to argue about something that you know nothing about.

  • No. You sayed that Latin is superior in where no superior exists, just differences. But when it comes to specifics Latin shows it weakness and that is what I sayed. Just think about that. And you gave NO REASONING for your stance. For example phonetic: here you bashed yourself, because in Roman Empire there were no standards for the phonetics like we learn nowadays in school. The differ from region to region and from time to time extremly. The standard phonetic of Latin we learn in school ---

  • -- is thanks to the international acceptance of some standards, either german standards and italian standards. And in which way is the phonetik superior? You never gave reasons. Fact is that a lot of nowadays european languages adoptet a lot from Latin in their phonetic, especially we Germans. I bet when you speak German it sounds like a cow what is typical for Americans due their accents.

  • HAHA! All of your posts are just one big joke. "When it comes to specifics Latin shows it weakness and that is what I sayed". Wow, great evidence there. How dare you try to claim that I gave no reasoning for my stance and then make two comments full of empty, inane nonsense like that.

With every post, you only prove more and more how little you know about linguistics. Nothing you say has any real significance regarding the topic at hand.

  • Sorry but you sayed that Latin is superior also because of their phonetic. But it is a fact that Latin didnt have a standard for that. You say I know nothing about linuistic but it seems that you have neither. So tell me: how can Latin be superior because of the phonetic when there wasn't even a standard like a official language (= Amtssprache?)? Common tell me. And don't talk to me like I'm one of your friends. A bit more respect please. I do not insult you eihter because of your bullshit.

  • It doesn't seem like you even comprehend the meaning of "phonetic". Maybe this is a language barrier issue. A phonetic language is innately superior in every way, and Latin is most definitely understood and established to be a phonetic language. Your opinion does not change that.

I sure as hell wouldn't talk to you like you're a friend. I don't keep friends as mindless and idiotic as you.

  • Well done to both of you for being able to speak a variety of languages! Think anybody gives a shit? NO! Actually re-read your posts (It's embarrassing) The music is very well written and I like it :). x

  • Pretty coll mate, I speak only Finnish (i live there) and english (4th-12th grade) and -bad- german (5th-12th grade)

  • I am very good at bad german ahah xD

  • They're all various species of bat.

  • yh and if you look at the track listing, from track 4 to track 9 it spells batman :P

  • oo nice observation! i wonder if that was coincidental or not, thas really somethin though haha

  • either way this is a masterpeice :)

  • i love this song! i feel like if i was the only survivor on the world fighting for my live!

  • Oh I love this. I use to listen to this while I studied in college. This what got me A's..basically set the mood to lol.

  • I prefer Molossus and Macrotus, my favorites!

  • This and Molossus are the best. Both very intense.

  • loving the bass at 0:33. sounds great at full blast :)

  • EPIC REVERB

  • i lsn to this soundtrack when i run, keeps me goin :)

  • totally agree

  • wow this song feels sorta like it belongs in a secret agent movie. was the beginning part in the movie?

  • Can anybody tell me what track was used when Bruce is spraypainting the batsuit, cutting the utility harness, etc???

  • I think that is "I'm not a hero" from 1:57 to 2:13

  • Hans really relies on percusion! It suites the feel of Batman

  • i love the 0:55 part

  • Kevlar utility harness with grapple gun! Nomex survival suit for advanced infantry.

  • Masterpiece, my god I love how it's put together.

  • just so amazing

  • This is the darkest song ever.Impossible?I think not.

  • this song makes me feel like batman :]

  • lol...why dont you buy his suit and jump off a building

  • lmao XD

  • lol

  • Yeah wanna jump off a building now lol

  • at 2:30 it sounds like something laughs, just like in batman 89 when they find the joker dead and they discover that "laughing bag".

  • no it dont :S

  • Yeah i know exactly what you mean. I cant help but think that too everytime i hear it. Glad its not just me. :)

  • a masterpiece!!!

  • Batman Movies are Trully one of the Best!

  • Awesome soundtrack of batman begins..i Love it!!!!
