I was asked to mind a Boxer for friends for 4 weeks, - I missed him so much after they collected him, that I called to see him regularly, for years, until the day I buried him for them.

I was heartbroken.

I am now on my 2nd Boxer, myself, & I adore him. He is never alone, if at all possible, & only then, for an hour or, 2 at the most.

He has 2 luxury beds in the living room & 3 upstairs...- ours...!!

Love your videos. When I was a kid we had a boxer. One day my little brother crawled out of the yard when my mom was not looking and the boxer followed him and grabbed him by the diaper to bring him back and make sure he didn't go in the street. Boxers are the best with kids.

I'm pretty sure that in one of the other videos slwoodyb mentioned that they have used positive reinforcement and reward-based training with Linus – something you definitely won't learn watching Millan. I would kindly ask you to take a few minutes to google "alpha dog theory" and see what modern day science has to say about dog psychology and the whole pack leader dominance thing.

LOL Thank God a cat didn't run in front of the dog. That little one would have gone for the ride of her life. I had a boxer with cropped ears as a little guy, she died of cancer which is common among Boxers. She was a protector of me for sure.

I love how on 0:11 the dog looks at the dad like what should i do, and the dad points to say go with her. Then later when de dad go's away the dog looks again, a bit insucure. Its clear that the dog sees the dad as pack-leader. Ceaser would be proud!! :D

My 2yo granddaughter loves to walk my greyhound, and my greyhound co-operates fully with the arrangement..much as I love my dog and my dog loves me, I believe god made dog for kids. Seems if a baby is born into a family with a dog, the dog quikly learns many babysitting techniques.<3<3<3
