I'll rate by idea and sprite quality.

Heckle- 9, 7

Reefasa- 8, 7

Sparkplug- 7, 6

Kurukuru- 8, 5

Overcast- 10, 10

I like most of your ideas, but some of the sprites need a bit of work. One of the big things when it comes to meshing sprites together is making sure that colors blend nicely and the border is there and all of the same color or colors (if the inner color goes from dark to light the border sometimes does too).
