This character owned everybody who was once in my mugen roster about a month ago until I put in characters like Nightmare Broli, Sephiroth, Pacifier and all them. Now Elque can only take out the middle-tier low-tier characters and not the other cheap high-tier characters.

BETTER BE cause Elque is the fastest character who isnt jacked up in mugen. he heals every second. turns the stage into moonlight and you cant even see him and healing doubles... he is a frekaing unstoppable character unless you use the F1 key XD yeah if you see killer whale vs. mugen's best its jacked up...
Man, that shit was tight, Who is that character, where did he come from, he took out Evil Ryu and Ken so fast, it was like cutting a knife through butter.
What's cheap about him is not power but he has very little to no recovery time. He can be beaten though by cheap characters such as Rare Akuma.
