Satchel was in Paul Gilberts fun band and the singer was in LA Guns for a time, they were an 80's cover band that started writing their own songs and basically they pretend to be survivors of the 80's glam scene who are trying to bring metal back. The beauty is, their songs are actually pretty fucking good and if you check out their interviews they are really funny, and totally in character. Steel panther!!

These guys are really talented. Did you know Micheal Starr was in the movie Rock Star? He was the singer who auditioned for Steel Dragon in the glass booth right before Chris (Mark Wahlberg) auditioned.
