depends where you live,sask. is the cheapest i think. b.c. is one flat rate for the whole province(with discounts for no accidents)abta. is privatized so you have to shop around some other eastern provinces are privatized also (the maritime provinces) not sure about ontario & qc.
16 and you want a 1000cc? lol your insane and never going to be allowed to purchase insurance. YOu need too be 21 to drive a bike like this in the Uk. Get a moped

I was 17 when I got my vtr 1000, insurance was about 360 a year for me. I'm 19 now and still riding it.....................
