  • I LOVE YOUR ENTHUSIASM! I'M DEF GOING TO TRY GOING RAW!

  • said there are trigger foods for acne, what are they? what are they eating that is clearing their skin?

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • Which raw foods can I buy that I can eat directly without having to mix them with something

  • So I'm an 18 yr old boy with pretty bad acne, I'm an athlete so I sweat a lot but use a face wash and prescription cream but it isn't working. My diet is high protein but not the best. What can I do to get rid of the acne and eat raw but still put on healthy muscle

  • I remember craving kale lol I don't crave anything unless I'm deficient and I'm not as raw as I used to be, but I'm getting much encouragement from your vids-thanks!

  • Does carob have the same affect on acne as cacao?

  • She's Right!!! Raw has the enzymes and Life force, source we need! Eat Alive be Alive!

  • Anything sugary gives me spots!! Even fruit :-( Only the low GI diet keeps me clear.

  • I love the fact that you're so excited about this. From listening to you I'm excited for the ladies myself! It shows that you have a good heart towards people. Be encouraged that you do matter in helping others better themselves. You have begun to help me through your episodes, which I'm going through and taking notes as I watch. God bless!

  • Natasha, I hope that you will stay open to the place of supplements, as needed, in healing. Check out EstesGroup(dot)USANA(dot)com for the top rated nutritional supplement on the planet. I have used it for over a decade and wouldn't take anything else.

  • supplements as needed-- definitely!! I am not completely opposed to supplements-- but I am weary!! I'll check out the website, thank you!

  • Awesome video!!

You mentioned you guys were able to narrow down some trigger foods for the participants' acne. I know it may be different for everyone but I'm very curious what they are. Would the participants mind if you told us what the trigger foods seem to be?

  • raw cacao!

  • Raw cacao is a trigger food? Any kind of cacao?

  • If you have acne or rashes and are eating cacao (powder, nibs, beans etc..) get off of it for 2 weeks and see if there is a difference. Myself I break out in acne and rashes from cacao-- thats me, maybe not you-- do the experiment!!!

  • Is it possible to eliminate an allergy? Does it just take time?

  • It depends what type of allergy-- and if something is an allergy or just irritating food or environmental pollution that isn't good for us!

  • So, for example is raw cacao irritating to everybody? If not, then it's possible to "cure" it I bet.

  • Would you really want to go back to eating something that makes you feel bad or makes your skin break out in boils and rashes????!!! Is it really worth it? I agree that cacao is super yum, I love the taste of it, but I have a skin reaction to it-- that if I'm reacting that badly on the outside, I could imagine what its doing to me on the inside.

  • But isn't raw cacao extremely healthy otherwise? I've read it has the most antioxidants of any food.

  • If you have an allergy, you have an allergy!! Its does have mega antioxidents, but it also has theobromeine (which is a stimulant, like caffeine, & kills dogs!!). Take a step back and look at things from the outside- those who sell cacao say its supr healthy and all other health advocats say its toxic. All I say is listen to ur body-- if you feel good & have no reaction to it, great, if not, stay away!! Would you be this concerned if you had such a reaction to blueberries??

  • @RawRadiantHealth becoming vegan was the best thing I could have ever done. When I eliminated meat from my diet I soon realized I had other allergies or intolerances (gluten and milk). I've recognized that chocolate gives me head aches and acne :( Thank you so much for this post

  • Cacao makes me reeeeally tired!! It's OK to have sometimes, but I think the idea that it's "healthy" is slightly misleading. Those who sell it want people to think that! There are some benefits of course, but It's a stimulant, is addictive and can cause adrenal exhaustion like caffeine does. I like it as a treat though :-)

  • @RawRadiantHealth I never want to eat chocolate, wheat, or milk products and Hass avocodos (but Florida are ok)...I fear what's going on from the inside as well

  • I'm glad it is going so well! Love your videos, and from what I can see, I love your kitchen! : )

  • I love my kitchen too!!! Its tiny but very special!! (Thanx for noticing!!!) :)
