@LtYellow my hair kinda is, and let me say, if you like not losing things in it, and you like to on occasions get a brush to move through it, no you do not want hair like that. i've grown my hair passed that length, so it hangs down, and i also have recently got my dead ends cut, and i've been maintaining my hair, so it's a bit easier to maintain, but still.... don't wish for this hair, unless you know what you're in for.
