That's because there are only 13 episodes in the original series....though I can understand the confusion, since that wasn't much of an ending. Don't worry though, this new OVA is 10 times better. I was at the Hellsing Ultimate Panel at Otakon 2006, and got to hear the creator, Kouta Hirano, talk about it. It's only going to get better and better.

I think he's referring to the mythical Hellsing Episode 14. Some people saw an unusual trailer for the Hellsing TV series, and thought that it must be footage from a 14th episode. There isn't a 14th episode; just that unusual trailer.

Good question! No, the quality is the same or nearly so. The advantage of the .AVI file is that you can load it into Nero and create a DVD from it (shrug) I know, it's hardly worth it for a clip this short, but I thought I may as well, just in case someone wanted to add it to a collection of some kind.
