  • lol, why does OK icon duplicate button's text label? Also, I think scrollbars are too cluttered. You are not going to use a mouse to scroll them, right? So what these up/down buttons and this square thing is for..

  • AAAH, tell us where to get the emulator or face the consequences! :P

  • OpenMoko is a regular Linux distribution for i386 (Intel-compatible) machines. As such, it can be run inside of another Linux on an Intel comp natively. The 'emulator' is just a special setup of X11 (the graphics server) allowing a copy of it to run in a window inside of main server. Just check out OpenMoko wiki for instructions. Alternatively, you can use any i386 emulator on whatever OS you have at hand. Check the wiki everything is there.

  • I just received my openmoko neo1973. I cannot seem to get the keyboard to appear, do you have any pointers?

  • the keyboard can be selected via the " input manager" in the applications menu.

you can activate or deactivate it by clicking on the rectangle on top.

PS: does not work all the time though :(

  • I really need to know where you got this emulator.
