what they meant by IV (1/2) is that this was only half of it.

school, even if he was always original and not banal. This interpretation sounds me like all eastern examples. Tempo too fast, nothing to say on technic, bad interpretation of russian soul and batons mouvements (of conductor) too nervous and sharp for a music that really don't need it.
common combinations, like woodwinds with under trilling brass,or trombone with piccolo. Is also important cause is one of the greatest examples of the work of the National russian school, that tried to diffuse in the world, the russian traditional themes and sonority, although this is not russian story at all. Rimskij-Korsakov called it symphonic poem. Is not real that symphonic poems must have only one movement, even if a great representance of them has only one for example the ones of Ciurlionis or Sibelius. But that is completely without importance topic. We could speak about what really important is there from the musical point of view. No. I think it is entirely true, but that's not the point, music can be a tricky dick sometimes. It's better than calling it a tone poem. It is a symphonic suite for sure though, that's what it says on the music.

it's actually a symphonic suite folks. Tone poems have one movement that are sometimes combined into a larger symphonic suite.

I would. I really would. I mean, this is the kind of thing I LOVE to do, but I'm too busy trying to get my BM right now.
