Although I find all dojo vids on how to guard against a knife bare handed rather a joke because unless you have a "tool" to defend or the person attacking with a knife is SLOW, it is very dangerous and hard to stop. Even taking a gun, although easier, must be weighed in with is it worth trying. That being said, I do like some of the moves in this video. He does them fast and focused. Real life is full of surprises, for sure.
